Dear Junior Entrepreneurs, As you already know, greatness is not achieved alone and we in JADE Romania strongly believe in the spirit of the team. This is why we are searching for those who are ready to accept the challenge to be in JADE Romania Extended Team.

Being a member of JADE Romania team is an experience in its own. An year long term in which you dedicate yourself to the national and international network, a year in which you learn more than you would do in five, a year that will shape you as a professional . It will not be easy, it will not be hard, it will not be average, it will simply be the best. It is the best because there will always be a team there for you. Finding new sponsors, create a network of our stakeholders; Going to different event and pitching our Confederation; Learning and exchanging practices with other people responsible of Private Cooperation from the International Network; Review the Private Cooperation plan and making it better together with the Executive team; Learn about JADE Romania’s identity and activities and trying to come up with different selling points or strategies

We are looking for a person that has experience in a sales/fundraising department; A “can do” attitude, not easily demotivated Willing to work hard & play hard; Willingness to learn and to come up with ideas; Good communication skills and basic knowledge about JADE Romania;

Project Manager Sales (aka the Storm Seller)

Improve your organizing skills You can be part of an International Team (as our confederation is a member of an international network) Get the chance to practice yout selling skills as you represent a confederation of around 400 peopleș Good experience and recommendations for your CV Improve your English Freedom and support for your ideas and developmentș

Work closely with Head of Public Affairs to develop a strategy to approach public figures and partners for JADE Romania Participate at different events that interests JADE Romania`s future development Interact with decision-makers to establish strong relationships that will help JADE Romania position as a leader in the entrepreneurial area Develop a plan to legalize the concept of Junior Enterprise in Romania Communicate with Junior Entrepreneurs from all around Europe and participate at exchange sessions of best practices

Wanted: a person with diplomatic skills who is passionate about public affairs Someone who is very organized and has skills in public speaking area A person that knows how to interact with public figures or want to work with policy-makers from Romania We need a can do attitude, a very motivated individual who is not afraid to take the lead and speak on behalf of JADE Romania`s interests A very good knowledge of JADE Romania`s strategy and JADE Romania as an umbrella organization A good understanding regarding the mission, values and internal culture of JADE Romania

Project Manager Public Affairs (aka Leader of the country) y The opportunity to act as an ambassador of JADE Romania at public events Improve your communication and sales skills A good start to develop your future carrer in public affairs domain The chance to be up to date about matters regarding the status of Romania`s public affairs Act as an influential person in panels, events or other public occasions You can be part of an international team Understands how public affairs work at a Junior Enterprise level

Will offer them support with matters regarding the entire process of JADE Romania`s projects. Will be responsible of the productive environment of the projects. Will work closely with the Head of Events in order to create the general plan of each project. Will make reports of activities, follow-ups and other documentation that are needed for every step of the internal processes.

We want a person who has an overview of the course of a project.

Someone who had coordinated a team before or a project Understands what are the needs to accomplish the project`s objectives Someone who worked with deadlines and respected them A realistic, passionate and flexible person Willingness to learn and accept positive feedback A motivated individual that want to cross personal boundries

Realize a motivation plan for the project management team together with the Head of HR.

Being the Guru of contacting Speakers, finding space for the events, scheduling workshops and managing a team; Promoting the event and selling it to stakeholders; Communicating with the Network about the Event (with the team, the members, the stakeholders, etc)

We are looking for a person available to organize the event during the whole year(2-3rd year in the JE or alumni ) Someone that prioritizes and plans work activities, has the ability to develop a project and speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts meetings.
