Goldfish History Origins of The First Pet Fish
You've probably heard that goldfish are one of the first types of fish to be domesticated. There is no other way to say this, but the first fish most aquarists owned, was a goldfish. Simply because they are colorful, inexpensive, social, fun to care for and a great hobby. Now you probably want one too. What is really going on is that these wonderful fish are descendants of the Prussian carp, which is a native to the eastern and southeastern part of Asia and part of the Cyprinidae family. You know, everything about goldfish began about one thousand years ago in the Song Era when the ancient Chinese started to breed carp. Originally, the carp had scales that were silver in color before the breeding. After that, there was a color mutation to yellow-orange scales. Yellow was the imperial color. Did you know that this new colored version of the Carp, known as goldfish today was forbidden and could only be kept by royal families? Yes, this is probably the reason why there are more orange goldfish than yellow ones these days. Or maybe not. Goldfish only became popular outside China, in the early 16th century, in Japan. Here, two beautiful varieties were developed: Tosakin and Ryukin. Later, in the 17th century, the goldfish was introduced to the southern countries of Europe. Finally, in the 1850's it became popular in the United States. Home of the well known Comet goldfish. Goldfish species are the only species in the animal kingdom that were manipulated to give such grotesque and funny appearances. Presently, there are 18 varieties of goldfish, all beautiful and cute. They can be found in colors like orange, yellow, blue, red, white, black, chocolate, calico or a beautiful mixture of these. Don't believe me, some think that goldfish actually carry good luck along with them. True or not, the Chinese strongly believe in this myth. Often times, when you go into a Chinese restaurant, you will see an aquarium with goldfish. It's believed to deliver prosperity on the business inside the restaurant. What an amazing fish!

HISTORY IN GRAVEYARDS
Many of humanity’s earliest
surviving artifacts are monuments to death. At least 500,000 years ago, human beings had already developed burial rituals. Many of the world’s greatest monuments, including the pyramids in Egypt or the gigantic earthen mounds erected by Native Americans, are tombs for the dead. During the 17th and 18th century, the dead were buried in “graveyards,” in “burial places,” or even “bone yards.” Beginning in the 19th century, the terminology shifted. The dead were buried in “cemeteries”—derived from the Greek word for “sleeping place.” Early grave yards were located near the center of communities. Beginning with the construction of Mount Auburn cemetery in a rural area near Boston in the early 19th century, the modern rural “park” cemetery appeared. This was a place where the living could commune with the dead in a park-like setting. Between the 17th and the 19th century, the images of gravestones underwent a profound change, reflecting profound changes in attitudes toward death. One can trace a shift from a Puritan view, which viewed earthly existence with contempt and emphasized resignation in the face of death, to a Romantic view, which stressed hope for immortality and reunion of families in heaven along with the importance of grieving.
The Puritans, unlike many other religious groups, did not bury the dead near their meeting houses. The Puritans attached no spiritual significance to the body, and did not believe it needed to be buried on sacred ground. Further, since the Puritans did not believe that any person was assured of divine salvation, they did not think it would be appropriate to bury the dead
where they worshipped. Puritans graveyards were often used as grazing grounds. They did not regard graveyards as spooky or sacred places that evoked fear or horror. Contrast Puritan attitudes toward death with those that are common today.

INDIVIDUALITY
An individual is a person or any specific object or thing in a collection. Individuality is the state or quality of being an individual; a person separate from other persons and possessing his or her own needs, goals, and desires. Being self expressive. Wants to be as independent as possible from society. "I rather go to heaven alone, than to hell with a crowd. An individual distinguishes himself separately from a group." Individuality is liberation.

Ms.Jill Scott
A mature R&B vocalist who excelled most with slower, sensual material ("Slowly, Surely," "I'm Not Afraid," "My Love") and was versatile enough to pack plenty of punch with anthems of pride and self-empowerment ("Golden," "Family Reunion," "Hate on Me"), Jill Scott grew up in north Philadelphia and began her performing career reading her own poetry. She was heard by Ahmir "?uestlove" Thompson, drummer in the Roots, who invited her to join the band in the studio, resulting in the co-composition "You Got Me," a 1999 Top 40 pop hit that actually featured Erykah Badu instead of Scott herself. Subsequently, she collaborated with Eric Benet, Will Smith, and Common, and broadened her performing experience by touring Canada in a production of the Broadway musical Rent.
Signed to Steve McKeever's newly formed Hidden Beach label, she released her debut album, Who Is Jill Scott? Words and Sounds, Vol. 1, in July 2000. One of the most favorably reviewed R&B albums of the year, the set peaked within the Top 20 of the Billboard 200 chart and reached number two on the Top R&B/HipHop Albums chart. Experience: Jill Scott 826+, featuring a lengthy live set on one disc and studio material (including a soaring collaboration with 4hero) on a second disc, appeared the following summer and hot on the heels of the "A Long Walk" single. Scott's star power soared over the next year, eventually earning her a Grammy nomination in early 2003 for Best Female Vocal Performance for "A Long Walk." Beautifully Human: Words and Sounds, Vol. 2 and The Real Thing: Words and Sounds, Vol. 3, both of which debuted in the Top Five of the Billboard 200, followed in 2004 and 2007, respectively. A compilation containing several of her most notable guest appearances, titled Collaborations, was also released in 2007. The same year, Scott appeared in a pair of movies, Tyler Perry's Why Did I Get Married? and Hounddog, which set the stage for her starring role in The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency, an HBO series that debuted in 2009.

Holy Bible
Prophet Ezekiel Who was the prophet Ezekiel?
Ezekiel was God's chosen man and messenger. Ezekiel proclaimed the Words of God to the children of God, the Israelites. Ezekiel was both a prophet and a priest. Ezekiel went into exile with the Israelites as decreed by King Nebuchadnezzar to the city of Babylon. Historians and scholars agree that Ezekiel was a highly intelligent man. Ezekiel denotes a couple different meanings - God is strong, God strengthens or God makes hard. These namesakes explain a significant amount about Ezekiel because of the calling, anointing, and purpose God had for Ezekiel. Ezekiel needed the Lord's strength throughout all his endeavors. Ezekiel for the most part did his priestly duties to the best of his abilities. Because the Temple was in Jerusalem, he was not able to perform many of the customary rituals as required by a priest because Ezekiel was far removed from the Temple during the exile. Ezekiel was also a married man. He did indeed proclaim many things of the Lord to the children of Israel. God gave Ezekiel visions which he would act out that were symbolic, providing different meanings to the people of Israel. They were specifically meaningful to the great city of Jerusalem. Ezekiel proclaimed judgments of the Lord to the Israelites because of various sin related issues and the abominable condition of Jerusalem. Ezekiel also proclaimed hope to those Israelites who were in exile. One hard part for Ezekiel involved the passing away of his wife. He could not mourn for her; God did not want him to. God's point in doing this was to be an example of not mourning because of the state of Jerusalem. God had Ezekiel proclaim judgments on the cities that surrounded Jerusalem because of sin related issues. Ezekiel and his book end with hope, restoration, and redemption of the Israelites and of God's promised city, Jerusalem. Ezekiel was God's chosen man. He was obedient to the Lord, and no task was too difficult for him. The Lord was his strength and He carried him through the hard times. Ezekiel had a relationship with the Lord. Ezekiel the prophet faithfully prophesied or foretold the things of the Lord. He faithfully served the Lord, pointing the way to Christ, the redeemer of humanity.

Dry potpourri is usually fortified with essentials oils. The word potpourri means "rotten pot" in French. In the 12th century, potpourri was used to freshen rooms in castles for the people of that time. Spices or herbs were placed in huge cooking cauldrons after the meal tasks of the day had been completed. People then took these herbs and spices and placed them in containers with lids, moistened them with spirits, and left them to rot. This process created a pungent perfume which was released each time the lid was lifted. Flowers were then placed in handsome bowls and baskets with these fragrant herbs and spices to beautify rooms throughout the castle. During this era, the convenience of bathing and washing clothing was not as accessible, so wooden vessels were constructed to contain these lovely mixtures, and were hung inside of women’s heavy petticoats. Thanks to growth (and many centuries), we are much more civilized today however these sweet, pungent scents are very much a part of our existence. Modern uses of potpourri and scents have not changed very much. Basically dried flower pedals and or dried vegetation that have a pleasing odor are used to enhance or mask unwanted scents. While today’s intensity and frequency of objectionable scents is less, there is still a desire to use the pleasant scents that are offered by scented massage oils, potpourri, and potpourri enhancer oils (refresher oils) to make life more pleasant. Many people use potpourri scents to evoke feelings and set environments. The range of scents is so broad today that just about any environment or condition can be evoked; from tropical melon, Christmas Me' Lange for the holidays Mom’s kitchen (apples and spice), and warm southern nights, magnolia blossom just to name a few.
