Christian Women in Leadership

Christian women in leadership, have you seen it? Have you notice the tide is changing or has it changed?

This reminds me the current weather season we are in, Fall. As we get further into the latter months of the year, in some parts of the world there is a season called Autumn aka Fall. It's the bridge from summer to winter, where you experience cooler temperatures...crisp mornings, when we step outdoors in the morning and open our months to speak or exhale, we get to see our breath.

I remember fondly doing that excitedly as a child, can I confess when I get the opportunity I still do so, it reminds me of the days of old, in Maryland.

As the months come in the leaves from the trees change colors and they begin to FALL to the ground.

“Christian women are answering the call of God and coming forward to fulfill their purpose.”

Old things pass away, and a new creation begins.

As we begin to wrap up the year 2021 the tide is turning the leaves are falling. What do I mean? If you take a moment when you are out and about with your daily chores or enjoying some downtime, look around you. In the different workplaces how many more women are in the workplace, not just, in the customer service fields, but in management positions and have you notice that things are getting done more efficiently and effectively?

I have.

I attribute this to more and more women, are being put into place of leadership. We have been created to for such a time as this. Christian women and non-Christian women, alike. But, as we dwindle down the second year of the pandemic, Christian women are answering the call of God and coming forward to fulfill their purpose, their assignment and walk out the call from God on their lives.

What is this looking like right now?

We have more Deborah's arising.

Deborah was a Judge and a Prophetess called by God.

See Judges 4 and 5 in the Bible, find out why she is so important to women today who have been called to the Office of the Prophet.

Christian women in leadership when they answer the call of God will succeed because we walk in favor and anointing from God and when we are called for an assignment, the desired result is always the same.

God's will is done, for His glory.
