Established Springer AG, (formerly Springer & Co.) in 1982. He is the CEO and the driving force behind the continuous development of our programs and the geographic expansion. Before establishing the successful company he had gained more than 12 years work experience in the commercial banking area with Chase and Bank of America in Frankfurt, London, Moscow and San Francisco and as a banking consultant for a US. Consulting company in the US and Germany. For more than 30 years Springer AG has been actively involved in corporate strategy, culture and sales projects in the banking sector. In the product area Dr. Springer has also successfully conducted training programs in areas such as Sales as well as Shareholder Value / Corporate Finance.
As Managing Director of Jake Riley, Funmi engages directly with CEO’s, business leaders, entrepreneurs, celebrities and philanthropists, to help them reach solve their business problems and shape their world. Previously Funmi has worked for Shell, Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company Ltd, British American Tobacco, Canadian Occidental Petroleum in Calgary, Canada and Mercer Mergers and Acquisition in the United States and the United Kingdom and Ancorapoint. Funmi Ogbue holds an MSc in organisational change and development from the University of Manchester, and a B.Sc. in sociology from the University of Lagos.

Dr. Stefan Flach: After having completed his PhD thesis in European Law, Stefan Flach started his career in investment banking. After his first assignment within the risk management division of a leading German bank he joined the largest Swiss bank as an associate in Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance. He has also considerable experience as a trader in bonds and equities including EUREX-listed derivatives. Thereafter he headed investment funds sales for one of Germany´s major financial service companies. In October 2010 he joined the trainer team of Springer AG Management Consultants.

Ms. Jummai Momodu has an MA in Human Resource Management (CIPD) from the University of Hertfordshire (UK) and a BSc. in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Abuja.
Marguerita Eguagie studied Sociology and Anthropology, and is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
Prior to joining Jake Riley LTD, Jummai had a varied career working in both the private and public sectors. She had a two-year stint in the office of the Minister for the Federal Capital Territory as Technical Assistant to the Special Adviser on Project Implementation, working on a number of projects which national and international recognition and commendation including the Abuja Enterprise Agency and the Abuja Technology Village. After this she worked at AMG Petroenergy Ltd, rising from Commercial officer to Manager, Supply and Trading Department. She has also worked at Orbis Nigeria Limited.
She worked with the Nina Maria Foundation and was a financial banker for many years before joining Jake Riley LTD. She is multi-lingual, and is a freelance online and paperback writer with a passion for philanthropy.
