Structures and buildings from different eras collide and connected into a diverse complex
The „Mühlbach“ (‚mill-stream‘) is an artificial stream. Its exact age is unknown, but the nearby „stone-mill“, Dachaus oldes traces of settlement, have been operated using this streams power. It is connected to the river „Amper“, and runs parallely through the factory area, before entering its original stream shortly after exiting the site.

The stream is popular among fishermen due to its good fish stock. A fish pass allows for a free movement of fish to the Amper
The water tower is one of the most controversial landmarks. Its fate has been sealed in Septermber 2015, when engineers declared that the security of the structure is no longer ensured and it had to be dismantled
