Key Projects NHS Primary Care Networks Estates Planning - Howarth Litchfield Architects Managing a team of 6 people, I lead a project to comprehensively analyse the estates owned by South East London Clinical Commissioning Group, comprising over 80 individual premises. I proposed architectural and managerial solutions to existing and projected issues. My success directly lead to appointments for similar work for North Central London CCG and North West London CCG. 42 Front Street - Howarth Litchfield Architects A contemporary house extension, this project is nearing completion on-site. I have lead this project from Stage 0 including technical design, working with the complexities presented in a Victorian mid-terrace modernisation. The Coach House - Howarth Litchfield Architects I played a crucial role in leading the design (Stages 2-3) for the conversion of a Grade II listed building, once used as a garage, into luxury apartments. Successfully negotiating complexities including site constraints, statutory bodies and high client expectations. ‘Rehabilitation from Technological Addiction’ Thesis - Newcastle University This project, based in Estonia, facilitated the extrapolation of existing technological-social issues into a future scenario, allowing me to design in a rich, complex context. I designed by considering the desired user experience, shaping the spaces from the inside to out. A Framework for Future Growth - Newcastle University With a team I visited Gagliato, a marginalised town in southern Italy. Architectural interventions which I suggested are in the process of being implemented by local residents and businesses. My research forms Chapter 2 of ‘Enabling the City: Interdisciplinary and Transdisciplinary Encounters in Research and Practice’ by J. Fokdal.

Leisure Scouting continues to give me life changing experiences, such as attending the 22nd World Scout Jamboree in Sweden and obtaining the Queen’s Scout Award, the highest achievable youth award in the Commonwealth. This was presented to me in Windsor Castle, with the Queen in attendance. I was selected to host the following year’s service. Other interests include badminton, photography and slight of hand magic, which I have performed at the Sage Gateshead. I was president of Huddersfield University Circus Skills Society, and I continue to enjoy juggling and similar activities where opportunity presents.
