SNOW!

AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS

A very sincere ‘thank you’ for your patience this morning. The main drive and car park were extremely difficult and this wasn’t helped by people ‘abandoning’ their cars near our entrance and also a car breaking down! Importantly, everyone made it in safely. With more cold weather (but no more snow) forecast, it looks like conditions will remain difficult for most of this week. The car park is likely to remain virtually ‘out of action’ as the thawing process may take some time – please be aware of this for this week’s parents’ evenings too.

On the 2nd Tuesday after half term (28th February), Netball (Years 4, 5 & 6), Football (Years 3, 4, 5 & 6) will be re-starting. At the same time, Gymnastics (Years 1 & 2) will also be starting following on from half a term of dance. There will be no German Club this week (Thursday 9th February) due to parents’ evening.

The children have had a brilliant time out in the snow today, but if they would like to go on the field, please can you make sure that they’ve got wellies and a change of clothing.
