WELCOME TO MRS BAGNALL
A very warm welcome back to school to all pupils and their families. We hope that you have had a refreshing, relaxing and enjoyable break and are looking forward to the year ahead. On behalf of the staff, I’d like to express our sincere thanks for your support, kind word, cards and gifts at the end of last term. They are so appreciated. Regarding the end of last term, I’d also like to reiterate how fantastic the children were and what a delight it was to see them both enjoying themselves and excelling in everything they did. Finally, please note that the first ‘Wall of Fame’ Assembly will be next week, Friday 13th January, at 9.00am. We hope to see you there.
We are delighted to welcome Mrs Jane Bagnall to Earl Soham. Mrs Bagnall will be teaching in Red Class on a Wednesday afternoon and Thursday.
AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS Here is an outline of when our various clubs will be recommencing this term, to avoid confusion. Netball and Football clubs will re-start after half term. Please let Mr Pearce know if your child is interested in German Club by the end of this week to see if this viable. For both dance clubs there is a charge of £2 per child, per session. Please see Mrs Barker for further details. Italian: Starts Monday 9th January. (Mrs Lander)

ILLNESS Unfortunately, there continues to be a high level of illness in schools across the country. The advice from the School Nurse is that children should not return to school until 48hours after their last episode of vomiting or diarrhoea.
