JULY 2009 - NEWSLETTER AN ACTION-PACKED END OF TERM JIHIHJJHHHHK There is still plenty going on at school leading into the summer break. There’s Sports Day at the end of this week, trips to take place and, of course, our production of ‘Jeremiah in the Dark Woods’. Hopefully you have received the letter regarding costumes and by the end of this week there will be details on ordering tickets for the three shows. Please note that, unless we hear from you, we are anticipating that all children will take part in both of the evening performances. It looks at this stage that each performance will last approximately an hour.
Just who did take the tarts?
TRAVELLING BOOK FAIR Many thanks for your support of the Travelling Book Fair last week. We were able to raise over £330 which has been used to purchase books for the school, chosen by some of the children.

SCHOOL FETE A very big thank you to everyone who helped to make last weekend’s fete such a success. A great deal of work went on behind the scenes before and after the event, as well as the tremendous help on the day. Thank you to each and every one of you who enabled us to raise the amazing sum of approximately £1200. The aim is to use some of this money to continue to subsidise school trips and visitors from which every child benefits.
