2-FOR-1 FARES TERMS & CONDITIONS

Fares are per person in U.S. dollars, based on double occupancy for the first two full-fare guests in stateroom and do not include cruise port, security and handling charges, which vary by departure. Book Now Fares and Savings apply to the first two full-fare guests in stateroom or Suite. 2-for-1 Fares are per person based on 50% of brochure fares. Optional air add-ons are available from Crystal Cruises’ designated gateway cities in the U.S. and Canada, and include all government fees, fuel surcharges and taxes. All offers may not be combinable with other promotions, apply to first two full-fare guests in stateroom or suite, are capacity-controlled, subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS 2013 reservations must be accompanied by a deposit within the period specified at time of booking: 20% in categories PH-CP; 10% in categories E-AA. Staterooms are subject to cancellation if required deposits are not received within the specified option period. The balance of the cruise fare must be received by Crystal Cruises no later than 75 days before sailings. All reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due date. Reservations made within 75 days of sailing require full payment, due three days after reservation is made. Reservations made within 14 days of sailing require full payment, due one day after reservation is made.
