the building’s program consists of an auditorium, gallery, public roof garden, and private offices. each level of the building has a seperate function, but they are all connected through the vertical light wells.

the northeast faรงade is unobtrusive and allows for daylight to filter into the building. the light wells on the roof direct natural light into the underground auditorium and also acts as a circulation core.

the building program is tucked away under the raised park and the functions are revealed as people get closer. the layout allows for a continous connection to the surrounding park
