Jon enjoys playing golf with the boys on Saturday mornings or sometimes leaves work early through the week on a nice day. MOTIVATIONS
Typically, every Friday night the family dines out or orders in from a local Lamar restaurant. Sometimes Jon surprises the family with a pizza after he plays golf. FRUSTRATIONS
The family would like for the site to be more efficient with the process of ordering a pizza to go. There’s too many steps they have to go through when placing the order. When Jon finishes up his Saturday game of golf, he wants the website to have easy, simple access to pull up the menu categories on the site. He does not like to scroll through the entire site to get to the pizza he wants to order. It distracts him while he finishes up the last hole of the game.
USE OF SITE ACCESS, USER ENVIRONMENT AND CONTEXT
Friday nights, the family orders the pizza online while at home on their PC desktop. Jon orders the pizza from his Android phone while finishing up the golf game on Saturday mornings. IDEAL EXPERIENCE
• Have the ability to scroll by the menu categories in a simple and efficient manner. (Currently, he has to scroll through the entire site to get to the menu item he wants to order to go.) • Experience an efficient process with less steps when placing an order online for pick up. Such as having a “Place a Quick Order” button for the customers who already know what they want. This would provide less time going through the site.
