CHAIN RETAILER This award is designed to recognise the work being done by chains to develop the sandwich and food to go markets in the High Street, whether they sell products that are made to order, pre-packed on site or made in a central commissary but sold through their own outlets. In this category the judges looked at market data as well as consumer market reports. All chain retailers are considered for this award. There is no published shortlist for this award.
