General Auction Rules Auctioneer DawnMarie Kotsonis is acting as agent for The Taylor Family Foundation. The following are the conditions of sale: 1. Values set for the items being auctioned are the contributors' estimated retail value and are not guaranteed by The Taylor Family Foundation.

2. Bidders should arrange for services with contributors as soon as possible after the auction. 3. The Taylor Family Foundation has no control over the actions of the participants and therefore accepts no liability.

4. All items shall be paid for and removed on the day of the auction. Checks shall be made payable to The Taylor Family Foundation. Cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express will also be accepted. Purchasers will be required to pay 8.75% California state and local retail sales tax as applicable. 5. All items are sold “AS IS” and The Taylor Family Foundation makes no warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to any item. 6. Winning bids may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

7. For your convenience, a credit card number will be held on file. 8. No refunds will be given.

9. No reselling of auction items through another venue. 10. PLEASE CHECK EXPIRATION DATES. EXTENSIONS AND SPECIAL REQUESTS JEOPARDIZE OUR CONTRIBUTOR RELATIONSHIPS.
