Janet hires her go to professional staging company to stage your home and will pay for the first month of staging. Final clean and window clean. Janet hires her housecleaner to do a final clean as well as her window cleaner to come prior to pictures. Photography & Video. Janet hires and coordinates the photographer to take still shots of the interior/exterior. The photographer will also complete a Matterport walk through and take aerial photos will be completed to capture the stunning views from your home. Our photographer also produces a stunning video of your home. Marketing Materials. All marketing materials will be designed after we have the photography back. This includes, Just Listed Cards to be sent to your neighborhood, luxury multi-page booklet highlighting your homes features, and a single page/double sided flyer. The Vault at RE/MAX of Boulder. Your property will be featured as a coming soon listing in our private pre-MLS database. This is accessed by 107 Agents within my office. Janet’s Connections. Your home will be listed as Coming Soon on the MLS for 5-7 days. No showings happen during this time. This is to let the Buyers know that you home will soon be hitting the MLS so they can coordinate their calendars for a showing. Broker Open House. On luxury properties, like your home, Janet will host a catered Broker Open House for the luxury market Realtors. This will happen a few days prior to going to the MLS. Active in MLS. Janet’s team will list the property on both IRES, our local MLS, as well as RECO which is the Denver MLS. eFlyer. An announcement of your property being on the market are sent to over 4500 local Realtors announcing that your home is a new listing. Social Media. Your home with be featured on all of Janet’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn. Syndication. Your home will be syndicated to ALL Real Estate platforms; Ex., RE/MAX.com, Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, etc. Monday Marketing Updates. We email you with the weekly marketing report every Monday as well as the showing report. Janet will call you on Monday to discuss market activity and feedback.

We will look at the data and comparable properties to start. Then we fine tune the price by considering things in your home compared to those in other homes on the market.
