UNICEF TRICK OR TREAT
Through Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF, we are raising money to support The Eliminate Project, a joint effort of Kiwanis International and UNICEF to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus (MNT). Every 15 minutes, a newborn baby dies from tetanus. That short lifetime is marked by pain – with an extreme sensitivity to light, sound or contact that prevents even a mother’s touch. But it doesn’t have to be this way! Thanks to Key Clubs, Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF, and the Kiwanis family, The Eliminate Project has raised more than $82 million USD since 2010 to help vaccinate women and babies against this deadly disease. You can help save and protect babies this fall by Trick-or-Treating for UNICEF!

UNICEF TRICK OR TREAT Since 1994, Key Club International has been Trick-or-Treating for UNICEF and over the years has raised nearly US$5 million for iodine deficiency programs worldwide and HIV and AIDS programs in Kenya and Swaziland. Now it’s helping The Eliminate Project.
More than 29 million babies were born into conflict-affected areas in 2018. UNICEF is working to protect them from trauma and toxic stress.

FFALL A L L RRALLY ALLY In November, we will be having our annual super festive, cheer filled Fall Rally. For those who are not familiar with Fall Rally, it is a day dedicated to raising awareness of and supporting Pediatric Trauma Program. Pediatric Trauma Program, or commonly known as PTP, is one of our three district projects. This is a day where all nine divisions unite as a whole like pieces of a puzzle coming together to not only focus on raising awareness of PTP, but also to show what each division is made of through events such as Penny Wars, Trivia, and more! So make sure
H

P WHY DO WE HAVE FALL RALLY? TP Fall Rally is a day dedicated especially just for KIWIN'S members to showcase their passion for KIWIN’S as well as a day to meet new people from around the district. It is a gathering in support and in celebration of who we are as an Ohana. Fall Rally is also in honor of one cause. As a district, we devote this day to Pediatric Trauma Program, to not only raise awareness but also to support the cause as a whole district.
