The Board of Directors started their search to replace MAP’s founder, Steven Olikara, in September 2020. They engaged the firm LeaderFit to conduct a thorough executive search and worked with MAP stakeholders and staff members to find the perfect leader to shepherd MAP through this next big chapter. Layla Zaidane was officially announced MAP’s CEO in April 2021.
