OUR APPROACH Jason Associates approach was based in the belief that a new team should be diverse and should bring best practices to the company. THE RESULTS Banco Primus is today a well know Portuguese bank recognized by their ability to adapt and to export their know-how throughout other branches. After 3 years, due to their success, Banco Primus as been bought by Crédit Foncier (85%). Crédit Foncier is market leader in house loans in France and part of Groupe Caisse d’ Epargne (one of the biggest banks in France).
