CONCLUSIONS -A great example of managing empty spaces, how shall be unlocked and how making the parts involved. -Creating a catalogue with all the spaces and their features help to make matches between the space holders and the new users. -Involving new group of people in the refurbishment would enrich the project.

-The third age popullation on our case must be neccesary, also the youth part, universitary students of the neighborhood. - An important part of collaboration with associations and public administrations (avoiding taxes and getting investments for refurbishment costs) - By regenerating spaces , you’ll get economical ,social activation and richful new relations between the parts involved. Also it creates a new identity for the area.
