For babies, every month brings changes. That’s why JCC Parenting programs cover every step of the journey from birth to three weeks to three years. You’ll find classes and events designed to stimulate the senses, enhance gross motor development and promote mommy/daddy and baby bonding. In addition to offering our classes in Owings Mills, Park Heights and Downtown Baltimore, we also provide programming at local libraries and book stores around Baltimore.

Kids Center After School Care Rosenbloom Owings Mills JCC, K-5 Kids Center provides transportation from area schools, homework help, gym and pool activities, games, art and more. Choose from our complimentary Group Fitness classes each week or workout on our cardio or strength machines. If you are looking for individualized attention, support and motivation consider hiring a personal trainer to use one-on-one or with a group of friends.

Specialized Group Training Classes: We can help you reach your fitness goals for only $10-$15 per one hour session with our specialized group classes. Taught by certified personal trainers, and available in four to six week sessions, these classes focus on a particular physical issue or a specific style of fitness training.

Be a Good Sport Tennis Anyone? The JCC has multiple courts ready for you to put some sizzle on your serve and fire in your forehand. Your karate kids will love discovering what the combination of power, balance and inner focus can do for their self-confidence.

Water, Water, Everywhere What better activity on a hot summer day than one that takes place in a swimming pool! The JCC has swimming lessons for all ages and skill levels, water exercises for adults and certification programs for lifeguards, instructors and more.

Swim Lessons (All classes are available in both Owings Mills & Park Heights facilities unless otherwise noted.) Children as young as 6 months learn to become acclimated to the water in our American Red Cross (ARC) swim lessons that take place at both JCCs. At Park Heights we also offer the option of boys and girlsonly classes. Our experienced swim staff will guide your children from beginners to accomplished swimmers at a pace that works for them. Teens and adults who want to learn how to swim or improve their skills can also find supportive lessons designed for more mature students.
