Dear beloved Jaycees, Greetings from JCI Kota Kinabalu!
Time flies and we have been went through 2nd quarter of 2022 together.
First, I would like to express my appreciation to the committees for making all our past activities and event a great success especially for the JCIKK 60th Awards and Installation Banquet. I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate to all the Jaycees who joined the JCIM Area Sabah Convention 2022 at Promenade Hotel. I'm so proud of all JCIKK members being actively participating into all the trainings, competitions and workshops.
As I have mentioned before, aligned with JCIKK Presidential Theme, 60 INSPIRE I believed we, as Jaycees have show our community that we are capable to provide different opportunities and inspired others by using JCI platform. Once again, congratulation to all the winners and all the best for the coming Natcon at Kuching!

This is the first time a JCI World President has visited Sabah since year 2013. He is accompanied by his 2022 JCI Chief Executive Assistant, JCI Senator Kaveen Kumar; 2022 JCI Malaysia President JCI Senator Ellen Lu, and her National Board of Directors. During his visitation, JCI Senator Argenis Angulo had a dialogue session with Business Networking International and Malaysia China Chamber of CommerceYoung Entrepreneur Com Sabah Branch. As a Guest of Honour YB Ginger Phoong, he agreed our JCI Creed, especially that “Service to humanity is the best work of life”. Thus, he believed that JCI is one of the great platform which can empower young people to create positive change and develop their corporate social responsibility by involving in different kind of community works to build a better world and creating global impact.
Besides, he also congratulate the year 2021 President Chian Mei Hsing and her teams for their dedication and commitment to face the challenge and turned each one into a success story. He also looking forward to year 2022 President Alan Moo and his team to carry out more impactful project and lead JCIKK a great success in year 2022.

First of all, it was my great honour to have this chance give a message in JCIKK E-Newsletter.
I would like to express my appreciation to President Alan and team members from JCIKK for the encouragement and also support by members from other LOs for their advice and guidance. Without their continuous support and courage, I wouldn't dare to be on stage to speak in front of people confidently.
I would like to say thank you to JCI Malaysia for an opportunity to improve my communication skill by held an event Public Speaking competition. I never thought that I could win the Malay Public Speaking competition because my main objective is to challenge myself to talk in front of stage and conquering my own fear. Well, nothing is impossible! I surely will do my best for the upcoming Natcon. I know It will be a new challenges and it will be tougher for me to compete with other LO in national level. Still I hold with my main objective to do my very best and push my limit to became more better version of me so that can inspire more young Malaysian to be an active citizen. Thank you and see you all soon!
