NATIONAL PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE Dear JCI members, Greetings from your National President, Jc Ramkumar Menon. At the outset, let me express my happiness for the wonderful opportunity to serve JCI India in the capacity of National President. My gratitude to all JCI India leaders and entire JCI members of India. Each New Year brings with it lot of hopes and aspirations. Some take resolutions to make a change or instill a new habit. But, for majority of them, it remains just a dream as they don't show the consistency and persistency required. We are JCI members and we are indeed different. BE BETTER is our way of life. To be better than what we were yesterday, to be better tomorrow than what we are today. It's all about growing. Sergei Bubka was a world champion, a synonym for Pole-vault. He broke world record 35 times in his illustrious career. After his retirement, in an interview he was asked 'What is one message that you wish to give to the youngsters of this world?'. His answer was a simple one liner – 'KEEP RAISING THE BAR'. Yes, what we need to do is exactly the same. To keep breaking benchmarks and going beyond… Friends, let's rededicate at the beginning of the year to better ourselves, to do meaningful projects and programs, to attract more youngsters into our organisation and indeed to make a difference. Let me take this opportunity to congratulate NP - 2016 and JCI VP - 2017 JCI Sen. Rajshree Bhaje and her team 2016 for making the year a fantabulous one. Congratulations to Editor - Challenge, Jc Sachin for the wonderful start. Let's make the year 2017 an ever memorable one. Wish you all a wonderful year ahead. Let's build a better future.

Glimpses of Natcon 2016 Message from Past National President JCI Sen. ASHRAF ALI NIZARI st “61 Natcon that just concluded surely was one of the best in recent times, kudos to host for excellent planning and executing with a touch of class, compliments to CD Devraj for his excellent leadership and singlehandedly achieving a successful Natcon. Iceing on cake was the excellent chairmanship of the national president and participation of delegates in each and every event at the Natcon. As a parting note would like to thank the general Assembly for the support shown for the success of the JCI WORLD CONGRESS 2018"
Message from Past National President JCI Sen SANTHOSH KUMAR Bengaluru Natcon was a true feast for all the delegates. Venue Manpho convention centre was easily accessible and had "all under one roof" facility. The kit was excellent and I had seen a host serving food without coupons. The events were fantabulous and of real class. Host team of JCI Devanahalli & members of Bangalore South deserves special mention for their unparallel hospitality. The Convention Director and Past National Director Jc. Devaraj was the "Darling Deva" of delegates because of his simplicity, care and ready to serve attitude. I am sure we all will cherish Natcon 2016 in our memories for a long time.
