Then you may choose to leave on the bike or do the sections you have not completed yet. For example: team #79 is assigned trek. They go to checkpoints 15-18 (in any order). When they finish 15-18, they return to the TA and CHECK IN. They then can elect to canoe, or leave on the bikes to chpts 1-10 (then to TA 2). If they leave for the bike section, they can elect to do the canoe section at the end of their race after they CHECK IN at TA #1.

HOW GOOD ARE THEY? Solid bars with a home-made feel! Mostly organic and full of ingredients that you can actually pronounce, these bars are a staple to my training nutrition (when the boys haven’t stolen them off the shelf). - Josh W These bars made it possible for me to complete a marathon. Always before I had difficulty with sugar instability and would feel sick after completing a half marathon. I ate a bite of a Kurt bar every 2 miles throughout my marathon and finished feeling fine. - Carla H The best tasting energy bars you will ever have. Not dry and the right consistency. Plus, they actually work!!! Great for fighting off hunger and providing the necessary energy for any activity. - Allen M
