SELF ANALYTICAL EVALUATION
T
his year, being a first time editor I learned there is a lot
more to the job than just being able to pick less articles. In my opinion, I thought I worked well with others, both staff writers and fellow editors. Honestly, I did not have any disputes with anyone these past couple months. I would change my aspect of being more approachable with all staff writers. Before being introduced to the new staff I did know a couple writers but not everyone. The pros about being a leader was I got to help out the “newbies with going to interview people and sharing my tips I learned as a previous staff writer. The cons are I was not that familiar with the whole concept of being a leader so it felt weird telling people what to do. Obviously in a friendly way but telling writers how I wanted the story to be. It was interesting feeling getting out of my comfort zone with being a leader because I had never really had that kind of responsibility before. As for it affecting my relationships with my peers it is not that different other than now I get to be able to be at the editors table discussing ideas. I would describe myself as the helpful leader. Some of the staff writers were able to ask me questions when they needed help or when they first started going to interview students. As I said before, as a leader I would want to be more approachable with every staff writer not just a handful. I love helping people out because I get to give them tips I wish I would have known when I was first starting out on the staff. In the future, I feel that being able to get out of my comfort zone will help me express my opinions more. Man did I learn a ton in just the first semester of using Indesign. Between the different fonts to formats, I cannot believe how much I have learned about editing a newspaper page. Being an editor is a lot more difficult than it looks, and I only had one page to edit. More specifically I learned when I pick articles I have to sort of have a vision of how I want my page look. The first time I picked my articles for my page I had a hard time laying out my page because a lot of the articles required cut outs and not actual pictures(which were a pain to cut). I also learned I cannot get frustrated the first time I put the articles on my page because most of the time it switches. For example, some articles might be shorter or longer than needed or someone did not get a picture for an article. Knowing these skills will help me be more efficient in the future on production day.
As for deadlines the guidelines have stayed the same but it is a lot more important to get my articles assigned written on time because it sets a good example for the new staff writers. I will definitely try harder to get my articles in on time because I know how frustrating it is to not have articles you wanted on your page. Journalism ethics are the most important thing in a newspaper. If you are known for plagiarizing and not citing sources, no one is going to want to read the paper because they won’t know if the information being given is truthful. Mainly from last year when a staff writer got caught for plagiarizing it made me look at her in a totally different way. I felt I was an asset to this staff by helping out new staff members. I was able to show up to every production day and finish my page and I was there for every delivery day wearing my shirt representing the paper. For every delivery day I was able to pass out a good amount of newspapers to the student body. In every class, I passed the paper out to all the student who did not receive one. More specifically for helping out staff writers I was able to go around with Avianna because she was not that comfortable with interviewing. I was able to ask her interviewees more questions which I think helped her out more while writing her articles. Lastly, I did not face a lot of hardships this semester. There was nothing too serious that caused me to stress out about my page except for my first production day. I did not know how to do anything and the only picture I had for my page was a posed picture in front of the typical school wall. The rest of the pictures were cutouts. Also, since a lot of the stories I assigned were just 100 words the articles I got back seemed like they put in half effort. From these examples I learned I need to assign more for my page than I need so I have more options. My greatest weakness is being able to control my stress I guess. During some production days, when my page was just not clicking I got frustrated. I feel I overcame this weakness more at the end of the semester but I still do not need to get as stressed out because it is only one page. I will learn how to manage my time better because most of the time instead of trying new layouts and pictures I just got frustrated immediately. I will not get as stressed because it only makes it worse. If I do happen to run into this situation again I will honestly just breathe and keep trying new layouts and designs.
REFLECTION #1
M
y most significant work for the publication this year would have to be my October page. Not only did I like the design of it but the stories also. The design had a variety colors and great pictures which made the page really appealing. The stories went from events trending just in Arizona to the whole world which is what the whole purpose of the page. Also, Mia, one of the writers for my page went above and beyond and wrote an article over 250 words with an interview and it was only supposed to be 100. It helped out a lot with the design of my page and the picture included made it look really good. I will say it was difficult to complete. In my opinion, cut outs are the most difficult because even if you miss a small strand of hair it makes a big difference on the page. For example, I had to cut out a puppy’s face for my page all by hand because the magic eraser tool did not cut it out how I wanted. It sounds easy but I did not have a lot of experience with photoshop so it was really frustrating at times. Also the cut outs were hard to place on the page because they were awkward shapes but in the end it worked out. The page was frustrating at times because of I included four articles on one page and laying them out was pretty difficult because I did not want to make it look crammed. Although there were four stories on one page it looked organized and I was also happy with the touch ups Adamson made to the page.

ESCAPING REALITY
TWO ESCAPE ROOMIES are challenged with some puzzles before they enter their escape room. 4OLIVIA STICKEL
15Throughout the valley, groups of friends can partake in team bonding exercises and puzzle solving at Escape Room. “I’ve heard of them a lot, it sounds cool, but kind of challenging,” said Michelle Satran, a freshman. Escape rooms are physical adventure scenarios that groups of people can complete together to solve a mystery or achieve a goal, based on the scenario they are playing. They have to complete all of the tasks in order to move forward, and make it to the final stage, but all in one hour or less. If they escape the room, they get to pick a ‘Great job’ poster and get put on the escape room website. If they do not escape they get a ‘Better luck next time’ poster to show their friends. “I have friends who’ve done it before, but I’ve never heard of people who haven’t loved it, even if they didn’t escape the room,” said Lori Kurtz-Larkin, an AP English teacher. Escape rooms have become a lot more popular in not just the teen audience, but the older adventurers as well. They attract the crowds of many, especially for birthdays or nights out on the town. They can book a room in advance, or try to pull a walk in, and get paired with a random group of people. There are at least four locations for Escape the Rooms in Arizona, including Phoenix,Tempe, Mesa, Peoria and Scottsdale. Depending on the room booked, and the amount of people playing the game, ticket prices start at $30 per person, and the most popular days to complete them is on Fridays or Saturdays. Many groups while trying to escape forget their team skills and try to do things individually. This leads to losing important clues and overall making it harder than it already is. “It’s fun with a big group because everyone is frantic and it’s really funny,” said Camille Halstead, a junior. The types of friends and vibe of the group also make or break the team. Some click right away with clues, while some might crack under the pressure and start to get angry with one another. “I’ve only done it with a big group before, but everyone is really hectic and no one listens,” said Halstead. Although, whether they do or do not escape, in the end, everyone remembers that it is indeed a game, and the experience they had will be a memory for all of them.

As if that shock was not enough, it was reported that Travis Scott is the father; not Tyga. Millions of fans and haters responded to Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat to gossip. Many found the news shocking due to the short length of Scott and Jenners relationship in comparison to hers with Tyga. Many speculated that the release of this supposed pregnancy was a publicity stunt to increase ratings for the 10 year anniversary episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians or to increase sales of Kylie’s lip kits, since Fenty beauty is a new fierce competitor.

ENIOR Assassins has made a huge splash on the lives of the senior class at Cactus Shadows. Over 100 teams of two have entered in the competition for a cash prize and have been fighting since mid August. It is an event that many students look forward to throughout their high school career. “I joined senior assassins because I have been waiting for this since it freshman year. The money at the end was also a huge motivator,” said Katie Inman, a senior. Senior Assassins is a game that involves secretly gathering information about other students and sneaking around town in order to eliminate them. Teams are assigned targets every Friday, and have until the next week to figure out a way to “kill” them, while at the same time avoid being eliminated by the team that is targeting them. For protection, players wear “safety items” which can be either a floatie or a pair of goggles. Players cannot be killed while wearing these items, unless on a special occasion where safety items are not in effect. There are also specific areas where players cannot be eliminated, called safe zones. These include any school parking lot or campus until after 4:00 p.m.,where the student works, and the players’ own home or car, unless the assassin is invited inside. The rules are sometimes unclear and have had to be modified to make the game run smoother. There was one instance where a kill was revoked because there was no video taken of the assassination. There have only been a couple misconceptions so far, but they have cost some players their lives. Changes in rules and kill confirmations are announced via twitter. Entry costed $20 to per person in each team and $40 for lone players, so the amount of cash in the pot quickly rose. Nearly $5,000 is in the

pot; two-thirds goes to the winners with the remaining third going to the runners-up. This large amount of money involved could be a big reason as to why Senior Assassins is not condoned by the administration. “The school probably doesn’t want to be involved with Senior Assassins for legal reasons,” said Jill Colombo, a member of security. Winning the game is based on the amount of kills a team has acquired and whether or not they are still standing. This way, teams are forced to go out and hunt their targets if they want to win. “Purge days” make a perfect opportunity to do so. Purge days are always something that players either look forward to or dread, but either way, they are always on everyone’s minds. On purge days, safety items do not work and teams are free to eliminate any players they please, not just their assigned targets. It is expected that lots of people, and sometimes entire teams, will get out. “The craziest thing that’s happened was on purge day when I was walking to my car in the Walmart parking lot. Two purgers came running out of their car that had just screeched up next to mine. I ran across the parking lot into the desert where my friends picked me up, when the assassin’s car started following us. We were in a short, intense car chase, but I made it back to my car in relative safety,” said Sam Jankowski, a senior at Cactus Shadows. So far, only one purge day has taken place, and there are many more to look forward to, as they are usually on half-days. The current leaders of the game are Tommy Brown and Dylan Kelleher, who managed to rack up five kills on purge

the bar be quest
From their promising “mouth-watering barbecue,” Bryan’s lived up to their high expectations. Since I had the ribs at Harold’s and the brisket at Q to U I thought it would be a good idea to order the rib and meat combo that came with ribs, brisket, beans, and french fries. I was more than satisfied with the ribs, probably the best I have ever had. They were packed with flavor and there was just enough sauce on each rib. Compared to Q to U’s brisket, Bryan’s was a lot more tender and flavorful. In my opinion, the beans were not very appetizing but the fries and meat were filling enough. Other than the beans, everything else was superb. From the great customer service to the most delicious barbecue, Bryan’s finished on top.

GOOD BUT NOT THE BEST: HAROLD’S
Coming in second: Harold’s barbecue. The food was as pleasing as their customer service. I ordered the half stack of ribs with corn on the cob and sweet potato fries, which altogether was $20. The sweet potato fries were average, but the corn on the cob was juicy, buttery, and overall tasty. As for the ribs, they looked as good as they tasted. My only critique on the ribs is that I would have preferred more barbecue sauce on the meat, or at least more on the side. Finally, the one downside to the menu was if you wanted to substitute a side, you would have to pay an extra $1.99. Overall, the experience was great because of the wonderful service from the waiters and waitresses and the finger-licking food.

2 BABY BACK PORK RIBS either a half stack for $19.99 or a full rack for $28.99. The ribs come with roasted sweet corn, coleslaw, and rolls and butter.
3 Q TO U COMBO PLATES
with this meal, you can choose two meats from pulled pork, a chicken leg quarter, biskit, or ribs. The meal also comes with two sides.
ALMOST BUT NOT QUITE: Q TO U
Finally in a close third, Q to U was similar to Bryan’s in being an authentic barbecue restaurant, but the meat was not as flavorful. The menu had a great selection to pick from, which made it difficult to decide what to eat,. Finally, I went with the combo plate that included brisket, one chicken leg, and a side of sweet potato fries; a total of $18. The fries were very crispy and packed with flavor. I was a little disappointed with the brisket but the chicken leg made up for it. The great thing about Q to U was they have their own barbecue sauce on each table if you wanted to put more on. As for service, the manager was very welcoming and the food came out fast.

“Really early in the morning, or right when the sun starts going down, are some of the best times to go fishing.”
Finding a reel good time Around Cave Creek and the valley, locals discover spots where the fish are jumpin’
A
LL throughout Arizona are fishing spots that locals can tackle this fall. Creekers can go to a variety of lakes and ponds across the valley. Lakes such as Bartlett and Pleasant are places that locals can go fishing at, all that is required to fish at these lakes is a fishing license. To get a fishing license, go on azgfd. com and fill out the information online, or find one of many sporting good stores like DICK’s, that sell fishing licences year long. A general fishing license for a resident costs $37. According to Bartlett Lake’s website, fish that can be caught at Bartlett lake include catfish, bluegill, carp, crawdads, crappie and bass. “I catch a lot of bass and crappie when I go
to Bartlett lake,” said Russell Delgrosso, a math teacher and fisherman of 35 years. Lake Pleasant is home to 12 different species of fish, according to Maricopa County Parks, that includes, white bass, striped bass, largemouth bass, bluegill, white crappie, black crappie, bigmouth buffalo fish, channel catfish, flathead catfish, green sunfish, redear sunfish, and tilapia. Though many of the lakes are further away from Cave Creek, golf courses are also a place where people can fish locally. It is recommended that the fisherman ask the grounds keeper prior to going on the course because they do not want the fishers to disrupt the golfers.
Dove Valley Ranch Golf Club is located on Black Mountain Parkway and North Dove Lakes Drive and offers fishing. Anthem community park also has a pond that locals can fish in, however there is a catch and release rule, meaning that the fish are not meant to be kept. When one is fishing, they do not know what they will end up catching. This is a big part of the fun for many who participate in the sport. “My favorite thing about fishing is spending time with my family and friends and waiting for that fish to bite, and then the thrill of getting a bite and reeling in a fish,” said Cara Johnson, a senior. All of these places are open all day, though
Russel Delgrosso, a math teacher and fisherman. there are some preferred times to go fishing to beat the heat. “Really early in the morning, or right when the sun starts going down, are some of the best times to go fishing,” said Delgrosso. For some people, fishing may come off as a slow activity that requires patience. But, with the right equipment, and by going to the right place, those opinions can change. “If you think fishing is boring than you are probably a fast paced kind of person rather than a laid back one who enjoys spending time by engulfing themselves in nature,” said Nicolette Dorame, a senior., a senior. Because it does not get particularly cold in Arizona, one can practically fish year round.

Hashtag takes on harassment HITTING PAUSE FOR GOOD ON
It seems all too often that Netflix abruptly removes a favorite television shows from its list for what appears to be no good reason. With the latest removal being one of the most popular shows they aired, “How I Met Your Mother,” taken down November 14, it is clear that it has nothing to do with the show’s ratings. According to the Netflix website itself, shows and movies are removed due to an expiration of a contract between Netflix and the producers. Usually, contracts are renewed and the content will stay on the list, but sometimes it is a better decision for Netflix financially to let the contracts expire and take the content down. Essentially, Netflix rents shows and movies to stream by negotiating deals with producers of shows and movies for a certain amount of money and years. They are then given the rights to the content for the agreed time frame, and make money off monthly subscriptions.

#MeToo has exploded on Twitter and Facebook, with thousands of women coming forward about their experiences with sexual misconduct. Hollywood was shocked when over 77 and counting actresses and employees accused Harvey Weinstein, an American film producer, of either sexual harassment, assault, or rape. Alyssa Milano, an American actress and activist, tweeted out on #MeToo, on Twitter. This movement completely swept the nation and reached platforms like Instagram and Facebook as well. Celebrities such as Lady Gaga, Gabrielle Union, Viola Davis, and Sarah Hyland began tweeting the hashtag. “I think the more females that come out about their stories and how you can say ‘no’ is definitely going to help mentor a lot of younger generations into understanding that you can say ‘no,’ and that whatever your abuser is doing is not okay,” said Kayla Dobbs, a junior. The movement has encouraged many women to speak up about alleged sexual misconduct by actors and producers such as Louis C.K., Ben Affleck, Andy Dick, Kevin Spacey, and David Guillod. “It encourages women to come out and admit that they have been a victim of some kind of sexual harassment over the years,” said Lori Kurtz-Larkin, an English teacher. “I think that’s really a good thing. If we could have a more open conversation about it, it would help so that this kind of stuff stops,” said Kurtz-Larkin. In 2017, 85 percent of women reported experiencing some sort of sexual harassment, which is significantly more than in previous years. This has opened up the topic for more women to speak out. “The movement spreads awareness about how common sexual assault is, and how the victims are often shamed into silence,“ said Abby Kitnick, a senior. “People often remain silent about their assault in fear of the community backlash, and the fact that the majority of predators walk free with no threat to their social status or career. The #MeToo movement gives a voice to victims who are fed up with remaining silent about their experience and sends a message to predators that they can no longer hide in the shadows.” In response to the many allegations, sexual assult victims staged a march on Hollywood to bring more awareness on the topic.

YouTube is quickly expanding, creating many new opportunities for people, including some behind-the-scenes jobs. While most people only pay attention to the subscriber count and the videos, there is actually a huge amount of time and effort that goes into having a YouTube channel. There are YouTubers who make videos as a hobby or passion of theirs. But there are who. Depending on the view count, some YouTubers have found a way to make a career off of posting videos.
Seven million views
“In 2016, I got paid a dollar per a thousand views, and my channel had about seven million views, so that's about $7,000,” said Ryan McQuiston, a senior and creator of the YouTube channel Ryan McQ, which has over 21,000 subscribers. Even successful YouTubers had to start small and do not hit well on the first try. “I always loved watching YouTube videos, so I made the decision to try making them. I made two different channels but they both failed. I tried once more and it
turned out to be a success,” said freshman Max Reinhart, creator of the channel Scarulus.
Making the video
YouTube requires more work than some people expect. YouTubers find it fun to make videos and enjoy doing it as a hobby, but they also have to sacrifice some of their time in order to make the final product presentable. “Some of my videos are easy to edit, but I have spent two hours just trying to edit a single video,” said Reinhart. Some videos take longer to edit and can be more complicated, while other types of videos are easier and do not take up so much time. “Movies can be harder to make, but compilation videos are super easy to do,” said McQuiston. YouTubers tend to learn a lot about computers and editing software once they start making videos. It is not just the video itself, but the whole presentation of the video matters, like creating click bait to get more views. They have to quickly become tech savvy. “Thumbnails are important, so you have to be able to know how to use editing software,” said McQuiston. A whole new generation of kids are

Teenagers who are looking into traveling for an upcoming music festival can attend the event without having to break the bank. “Out of state festivals are a completely different experience than in-state, and definitely worth the hype,” said Anna Draper, festival goer of two years. Traveling for music festivals in different cities gives festival attendee’s a chance to experience a new place with new people. Music festivals are generally all about the whole experience, which includes the music, atmosphere, people, art displays, and fashion. It is a place where people can express themselves freely and enjoy their time being at that location. “Camp Flog Gnaw is my all time favorite music festival because I can be myself and I can dance with people who don’t care what people think,” said Aless Zamora, who has been going to festivals for 11 years. Tickets for festivals such as Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo and more can cost up to $450, not including travel fees, hotel fees, and food. However, by knowing how to travel for a music festival, the cost of attending can significantly decrease. “Get a job and do some research on how much you need to save. There are packages that you can buy that cover a place to stay, transportation, and the festival itself. So that is why it is important to do research first,” said Draper. Knowing people that live in the area of the festival is one way to save money on housing. However, if that is not possible, travelers can

“I would say go to every event you could possibly go to. You will regret not going. I didn’t go to homecoming my freshman year and I regretted that. And start applying to colleges early. You do not want to get caught up in the last couple weeks near deadlines and be stressed out. Start working on your applications and what you need to do in the summer before senior year.”
Lily Cristante “I would say as a senior to experience new sports events, because I hadn’t gone to a lot of volleyball games and I found they could be a lot of fun. Try to go out to smaller events too like the plays they put on. Try and experience as much as you can while you have the time, because I mean, you only have one senior year, so make it the best you can.”

Changing her reputation With a new sound, Taylor Swift released Reputation, the best new album of 2017. Reputation was made public on November 10th and began breakind records immediately. According to Billboard, “Reputation blast in at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album charts, as the set earned 1.238 million equivalent album units in the week ending in Nov. 16. Of that sum, 1.216 million were in tradition album sales, the largest sale frame for an album since 2015.” Swifts sales in physical copies is record breaking, since the main services to listen to music are all online. Fans can listen to the album on streaming services such as, Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon. Some may think that Reputation is just another heartbreak album. However, according to Huffington Post, “Reputation is actually about a girl falling for a guy.” After “1989” was released, in 2014, the album began the rise of her new pop era. Swift made it clear through her new album that she was interested in making pop music and was taking a break from what her debut album “Taylor Swift” sounded like. “I wasn’t a fan of her version of “country”, and her new style just seems to be mainstream radio, which I could take or leave,” said Brittney Dodd, avid country listener. Swift has been growing from album to album. With every album listeners get a new side of Swift that has not been shown yet. For example, the country sound in her album “Fearless”, had the interest of 7 million people, and is known across the country, Billboard stated. “I think artists should do whatever they feel is right. If you’re an artist in one genre and want to switch to the other, go for it. It reaches multiple kind of people if you do it that way too,” said Christina Jo, a fan of Taylor Swift. Even though Swift's new album is not like anything else she has put out before, the sales show that the fans support whatever music she decides to create. “The minute that I heard the new sound she’s going for, I fell in love with it right away. She’s an incredible songwriter and then the beat that she’s putting on top of that is really catchy and unique,” said Jo. The Reputation Tour that is promoting the new album, happens to have the first show in Arizona. On May 8, 2018, fans can see Swift perform live at the University of Phoenix Stadium. There are also 43 other shows she will be performing at on her tour, 5 in which include out of the country venues. Along with the new album Swift has also released new merchandise that can be found on her website taylorswift.com. Items that can be found on the website are sweatshirts, CDs, Vinyls, patches, pins, rings, and more. Prices range from $10-125. “I try to support her in anyway I can but it gets expensive. I’ve tried to DIY merch from her store because I still want to support her without the price tag. I am going to her concert in May,” said Alyson Babbit, a Taylor Swift supporter.

HE way a song makes a person feel can be important, because it has the ability to affect them for years to come. Decades later a person could hear a song from their childhood and be able to connect with it because of the way their brain reacts. No matter how much music changes, people’s memories can continue to ultimately resort to a nostalgic feeling when hearing an old throwback tune. “All music matches what was going on in that time period, for each generation that music was meant to be for that generation,” said Karen Dolezal, a choir teacher. Older music that was made in a person's adolescence may affect them differently than music made recently because their prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain that stores relevant information about someone’s personal life and relationship, is activated. People may feel nostalgic when an older song is played because they may remember a time when they were a young kid in a happier time, or they were overcoming a difficult challenge. The brain is able to link those events to the music heard in a past time period. When someone hears an older tune ten years later it can remind them of past moments in their
life. Music has evolved over time changing the use of sounds and instruments. Technology like autotune help a person sound different if they want to sing but lack the skill. Studio tools on computers generate sounds an artist would not be able to make without it. People in the music industry manipulate new technology while combining sounds of the past to create the ultimate blend of new age music. “A lot of music now, as far as pop music goes, doesn’t use a lot of instruments anymore and they also use a lot of auto-tune,” said Mason Draper, a junior. New-era artists like Migos, Young Thug, and 21 Savage have made the triplet flow very popular. It allows for a faster pace song that may be catchier. It was first used in Public Enemies “Bring the Noise” in 1987; however, it was not as widely used back then by very popular artists except the Notorious B.I.G. “It’s not about lyrics anymore, it’s about the beat and how the song sounds,” said Duncan Hearn, a junior.

appetite control for many years The newest theory, color psychology, has been proven to have numerous psychological effects on the mind such as influencing a person’s appetite. Color psychology has proved the fact that it can change someone’s behavior just by looking at it. For example, warm colors relate to comfort and energy while cool colors stand for relaxation and sadness. “My favorite color has to be mint teal, like a light blue. It’s just calm, I like how it looks and mint is also my favorite flavor so it just goes hand in hand,” said Ashlyn Overby, a sophomore. Colors are used greatly in advertising, specifically, the food industry. They are used commonly in promoting hunger. McDonald’s has the advantage of their logo being two yellow arches because

the color has a way of making a person hungry. “I like the color yellow because it’s bright and you see it everyday because of the sun,” said Keylee Harvey, a sophomore. According to Colormatters.com, a website all about the effects of color in the world, blue has a significant effect on a person’s mind. It can be used as an appetite suppressant. Their reasoning is that it is not a common color in food besides some exceptions like blueberries. In result, because of the rarity of it, blue foods do not have an automatic appetite response. To help with weight loss, some say to put food on a blue plate or even change the refrigerator light to blue. To fight her appetite, Kendall Jenner, model, painted her room a certain shade after learning some tips from friends who had attended an art exhibition. “Baker-Miller Pink is the only color sci-
entifically proven to calm you and suppress your appetite. I was like, I NEED this color in my house,” wrote Jenner on a previous blog post. As color being a natural way to suppress the appetite, using pills, in relation is another method. Medicine has been proved to make someone either lose or gain weight through the psychological effects. “I think that whenever you’re taking a pill to change your approach to certain things, once you stop taking that pill it will fail. Unless you want to live on pills the rest of your life, you need to think of a natural way to suppress that appetite,” said Joe Harvey, a sports medicine teacher. From the psychological standpoint, colors do affect how a person thinks but it is different for everyone.
