Jeni’s Leadership Intensive

While formal plans for a leadership development program began in 2021, the pandemic delayed its launch and May 2022 marked the successful completion of our inaugural Jeni’s Leadership Intensive (JLI) program. JLI’s goal is to cultivate and nurture diverse talent from within Jeni’s current workforce through a week-long summit of university-level coursework around critical subjects such as Public Speaking, Finance, Brand Marketing, Leadership & Management, and Customer Service. All classes were developed and taught by our Chief Officers and Senior Leadership, culminating with a comprehensive capstone project presented by the 12 participants on the final day. All participants fulfilled the requirements and received JLI certification.
