Paid Parental Leave
Eligible birthing parents receive a total of 12 weeks of paid leave. In 2022, birthing parents enjoyed 12 weeks of paid leave with their newborns.
Eligible non-birthing parents receive 4 weeks of paid parental bonding leave (birth, adopt, or foster). In 2022, 3 non-birthing parents enjoyed 4 weeks of paid leave to bond with their new family members.
Paid Honeymoon Leave
In addition to other paid time off benefits, full time employees who get married are eligible for 5 additional paid days off to enjoy a honeymoon. In 2022, 8 employees enjoyed honeymoon leave
Paid Sabbatical
Extraordinary benefit available to all employees (part time ambassador through CEO) can enjoy a 4 week paid sabbatical after every 3 consecutive years of service. In 2022, 60 employees took paid sabbaticals.
