Bark in the Park is one of the most highly anticipated downtown events for people and pets alike. The costume contest and parade are the biggest crowd pleaser of the day. Awards are given for Top Dog, Best Costume, and Best Look-Alike. The pet parade will wind through downtown streets to the tune of a brass band, so everyone is encouraged to dress in costume, though it is not required. Other pet related events include Bark in the Park vendors, Yappy Hour at BR Vino, and training demonstrations. So bring your furry friend and see if they will be the Bark in the Park Top Dog!
