Hermitage Healthcare is a proposed Children’s Hospital and Radiology center in a new medical district. Jenny has been involved with the design of the facade, documenting the development application package and is currently liasoning with the client to produce interior fitout documentation.

#3 STUDENT HOUSING - urbanest Urbanest Adelaide is a 20 storey building which has 505 rooms and 689 beds, a roof top terrace and high end retail shops on ground floor. The site is located on one of Adelaide’s premier boulevards; North Terrace. The expression of the North Terrace facade is characterised by a strong pattern of fenestration within a solid masonry form. The pattern is articulated through a combination of deep window reveals, and steel window awnings. The facade sits comfortably within the North Terrace context as a contemporary interpretation of the existing fabric. Jenny was involved with student housing
project in two ways. The first is to assist Urbanest with developing their standardised design guide rulebook - UDR. This involved:
+ Door and Door Frame schedule + Wall types & Wall setout Plans + Wet area documentation + Updating GA plans as design develops
+ Interpreting Australian Standards and BCA to develop standardised room layouts. + Reviewing the existing UDR and proposing cost-saving FFE options. The second is to assist the AVA team with the construction documentation using Revit. Specifically, Jenny had been involved with producing drawings such as

Multi-residential apartments becomes central to fulfilling the City of Ryde’s Vision AVA architects has been involved in various residential projects of different scales. On the large multi-residential projects such as West Ryde, Jenny’s roles includes: + Preparing joinery construction documenting that complies with Australian Standards + Interpreting, reviewing and approving shop drawings and making relevant changes to architectural drawing set + Coordinating and incorporating client design changes into the architectural set. + Reviewing and proposing new finishes and fixtures to meet client budget.
