Our Story
Jiwe turns ocean waste into sustainable design. To create Jiwe products, plastic is collected on the East Coast of Africa by local fisherman thus creating jobs and helping the ecosystem. Bringing hope for man and ocean. Jiwe means marble in Swahili. During our production proces plastic is melted, creating an marble effect forming unique colourful patterns that has become the trademark of our stationary designs.
