PARIS, FRANCE
Housings in the 13th arrondissement looking on the Seine river. While two buildings rise to have views and light for generous living spaces in this developing neighbourhood, a lower volume completes the city block on the street level, reserved for an urban farm, retail spaces and other public amenities to boost local dynamism. 7

FALL 2015
Using a big vacant lot in the middle of Kansas City, KS, a little art neighborhood is created through a small music center and an artist residency able to host musicians. Located on Bethany Park right in the middle of Central Avenue, the project intends to resonate in the entire neighborhood and has the purpose to improve walkability and safety in the area with a promenade going from Central Avenue to the elementary school nearby. 11

FISH IN A B L A N KSPRINGE2016T QUEENS, NEW YORK Proposition for an aquarium and a public space on the Queens waterfront. The aquarium offers a journey underwater to the lower level where the visitor is surrounded by several fish species and light comes through from above, before emerging back up and have a view of the city through the glass home of the penguins. While the aquarium is in part buried underground, the public space makes profit of it and offers a planted hill, giving another spot to contemplate the city skyline. 15
