SALUTATION FROM C. E. O Dear TMA members, staff and stakeholders, Happy New Year 2022! I hope that every one of you had a wonderful celebration! The year 2021 was difficult after the spread of the Corona Virus Disease (COVID 19) since 2020. The Pandemic affected and killed millions of people globally including our fellow Tanzanians. We thank the Almighty God, government leaders and ourselves for taking necessary precautions in fighting the spread of COVID -19, in comparison to other countries in the world and for this reason Tanzania Mentors Action survived to date. In 2022, we will continue taking strong measures against the spread of COVID-19 and we trust that the TMA COVID -19 policy of 2020 will guide us in this war. On 21st May this year , TMA will celebrate its 10 Year Anniversary since its establishment in 2013.. When reflecting on these years, we are happy to share key achievements recorded as far as public and Private systems strengthening is concerned as one of our goals and purpose of establishing TMA. For instance, we have strengthened our internal systems in aspects that have impacted our services which we deliver using information systems. We cannot hesitate mentioning few Systems that we have participated in design, development and deployment, including Speedy Finances, Facility and Financial Accounting and Reporting System (FFARS), Planning and Reporting (PLANREP), Government of Tanzania Hospital Operations Management Information System ( GOTHOMIS) , Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation System ( iMES), MUSE , TAUSI. These systems have completely reformed the provision of services in different sectors including health, education, and cooperative societies. As we celebrate our anniversary, we need to know that this is just the beginning towards the journey of high-quality service delivery to the community therefore we need to be ready to undertake this commitment for the years to come. I am proud of our Board of Directors, Members, TMA management, and stakeholders for supporting TMA to review its second TMA SP II (January 2022-December 2026) with new strategies to maintain our growth momentum for the next 5 years. Last but not least, I would like to thank everyone we work with and appreciate your continued support as we embark on the new year of commitment 2022! TMA ASSOCIATES TMA Associates limited is a Commercial Company established in 2019 aimed at supporting Government efforts in the Industrial sector. TMA Associates is focusing on quality block making and paving. Currently it has the capacity of producing 3000 sand blocks and 160,000 paving per day. TMA Associates limited is also an agent of Dangote Cement Company and has set up a hardware store where it sells all building materials. Apart from that, TMA Associates limited provides building materials loans through its partner Company TMA Microfinance to people who meet the criteria . It is located at Mtumba area in Dodoma near Government City.

TMA SACCOS A savings and credit cooperative society that specializes in savings and issuing credit to its members. It is registered by TCDC with the registration number DR 1637. It’s headquarters are located at Itega, Kizota area block HH, Plot number 92, Dodoma and Branch office at Masaki, UN Road, house number 56, Dar Es Salaam. To date, TMA SACCOS has more than 115 active members and has issued TZS 4 billion in credit since its establishment in 2017. The SACCOS offers the following products: Development loan up to TZS 300 million with repayment period of four (4) years Education loan up to TZS 20 million with repayment period of one (1) year Holiday loan up to TZS 5 million with repayment period of six (6) months. Emergency loan up to TZS 500,000 with repayment period of three (3) months.

Some of us vividly recall the hard and definitely humble ways we started our organisation(TMA) in a one room office at Machinga Complex in Ilala District DSM ten years ago.Ten years now we have all the reasons to proudly rejoice as we witness the obvious achievements.We now have our own offices,our own plot.A three storey office building is currently being constructed on our own plot. The number of members has increased from six to thirty(Dr.Nandrie insert the correct numbers).

Mentoring does not mean walking ahead of someone to show them how you did it. Mentoring means walking alongside someone to show them what they can do.

Putting our heads together we have managed to keep our organisation going as well as acquiring through competition various projects and activities which supplement our Government's effort in improving services to the citizens.

We came together from a humble beginning. Kept together as we made progress. Succeeded by working together. Happy 10th anniversary,
