You wouldn’t go on a road trip without directions, so why would you do anything else in life without a solid plan? The beginning of your journey to the most awesome version of you is an exciting time. You’re motivated to get started, anxious to see results, and ready to make a change, but it can all feel a bit overwhelming. You know it’s going to take more than just dragging sure that your actions are aligned with your desired end result? you plan to get there. This can only be achieved with some serious GOAL SETTING! Itʼs something we live and breathe at Seva Fitness, and we encourage you to do the same!


When it comes to setting your healthy lifestyle goals during your 30-Day Challenge, consider the following: Why are you here? What is you intention? What’s motivating you to make this change? Think about all areas of your life; health, career, family & friends, hobbies, education and spirit! Don’t get discouraged if you slip up - it’s all a part of the journey. Just dust yourself off and get back up! Every experience teaches us something and learning is always a positive thing. Be S.M.A.R.T.! Below are some guidelines to follow when writing your goals. Stick to these and you’re well on your way to smashing those goals! S

30 DAY GOALS I will be 145 lbs by July 2nd, 2014. I will be doing 10 pushups on my toes without stoping by July 2nd, 2014. WEEKLY GOALS I will eat breakfast every morning at 7am for the next 7 days. I will drink at least 3 of bottles of water before I leave work for the next 7 days.
