Healthy living doesn’t have to be something you dread… it can certainly include life’s little joys, like dinner parties, a glass of wine, or a sweet treat once in a while. To us, this is the key to success!

Hi! We’re Taren and Emilia We started Seva Fitness because we were tired of seeing people workouts and were bored by strict diets. Having both been active since body, eating well, and having fun, and it’s time you enjoyed them too, so let’s get started!

Use this checklist to prepare for your 30-Day Challenge and set yourself up for success. If you have any questions at all, don’t be afraid to holler! We’re here for you.

Set your intention. Write out your goals for the next 30 days.

Why are you here, what’s your motivation, where do you want Set your schedule. Outline your plans for the month by creating a schedule with every workout, workshop, weekly check-in, grocery shopping trip and meal.

Sign up for Seva Loop.This is our online community forum where you can connect with us whenever you need to. You can also connect with other 30-Day Challengers and motivate one another! See instructions below for how to sign up.

Set your starting point. Take your measurements and photos and submit them via email to so we can track your progress!

Document your journey. Write your goals in your progress success. We guarantee it!

Seva Loop is an online community we created to help you stay accountable, motivated and focused on your goals. Use Seva Loop for daily reminders, check-ins and weekly updates throughout your 30-Day Challenge. It’s a great way for us to follow your progress and step in if you need help!

Seva Loop includes our Community Forum, where you can post pictures, updates and fun stuff to help keep you and other 30-Day Challengers on track. It’s completely private only the Seva Family can see what you post, and you can ask questions anytime. It’s also a great place to review topics from nutrition seminars, get workout tips, share recipes and socialize with the Seva Family. It’s your safety net for success!

To help you stay on track and reach your goals, keep these things in mind during your 30-Day Challenge: There is no one perfect way. This system is as close to the perfect roadmap for success as we can give you. A lot of things work, but these things work really, really well when they’re practiced together on a regular basis.

Do your best… and forget the rest! Exercise isn’t about perfection… it’s about improvement. Every time you attend a class, you’ll have different life circumstances affecting your performance. Your and do your best! You’re doing it for YOU! It’s not a competition

and don’t forget to SMILE!

Strive to improve with each class...

Keep coming back. It’s easy to get discouraged by your first class, especially when you’re new to a fitness program or haven’t dusted those runners off in a while. Remember: everyone had to start somewhere. The people who run circles around others in class are the ones who keep coming back. It wasn’t easy for them at first either! Be patient with yourself and give yourself a break. It doesn’t matter if you were the best person in class or not. You WILL reap the benefits of attending regularly. Do that for yourself.

Abs are made in the kitchen. It’s only 30 days, so make the most of it by fuelling yourself with the healthiest foods. If you want to see that mid section melt, take time to fuel up right. Follow the meal plan and recipes included in your 30-Day Challenge package.

Take action! When you learn a golden nugget of information, apply it right away and stick to it - don’t hesitate! It’s not what you say that matters, it’s what you do!
