Outline your plans for the month by creating a schedule with every workout, workshop, weekly check-in, grocery shopping trip and meal. To help you stay on track and reach your goals, keep these things in mind during your 30-Day Challenge: There is no one perfect way. This system is as close to the perfect roadmap for success as we can give you. A lot of things work, but these things work really, really well when they’re practiced together on a regular basis. Do your best… and forget the rest! Exercise isn’t about perfection… it’s about improvement. Every time you attend a class, you’ll have different life circumstances affecting your performance. Your and do your best! You’re doing it for YOU! It’s not a competition

Strive to improve with each class...
Keep coming back. It’s easy to get discouraged by your first class, especially when you’re new to a fitness program or haven’t dusted those runners off in a while. Remember: everyone had to start somewhere. The people who run circles around others in class are the ones who keep coming back. It wasn’t easy for them at first either! Be patient with yourself and give yourself a break. It doesn’t matter if you were the best person in class or not. You WILL reap the benefits of attending regularly. Do that for yourself. Abs are made in the kitchen. It’s only 30 days, so make the most of it by fuelling yourself with the healthiest foods. If you want to see that mid section melt, take time to fuel up right. Follow the meal plan and recipes included in your 30-Day Challenge package. Take action! When you learn a golden nugget of information, apply it right away and stick to it - don’t hesitate! It’s not what you say that matters, it’s what you do! Now go kick some ass!
