THE LEADING
PROBLEM
estimated population increase by 2050

people will be living in urban areas by 2050
!
RISING URBAN POPULATION & INCREASED ISOLATION
Millenials and Gen-Z are choosing flexible and short term reflections of lifestyles as the working culture drastically shifts in many industries.
AFFORDABLE
Cost of living has become a huge factor for many. Renting is more feasible than home ownership for many millenials.
NOMADIC
Millenials are known as the loneliest generation and seek to find communities and that allow for social, economic and envrionmental impacts.
VALUES
Younger generations are valuing experiences over physical possessions. Settling down may not be a priority as it was before.
ISOLATION
SAN FRANCISCO CALIFORNIA
San Francisco has a diverse population that has developed over many decades. The rise of tech and evergrowing opportunities pushes the city to question the norm and find ways to grow.
BUT WHY
SAN FRANCISCO

THE SOLUTION
1.
CO-LIVING
and sharing essential spaces that allow for daily tasks, social interactions and growth opportunities.
CO-WORKING
and providing the possibility to integrate work while embracing a lifestyle balance.
3.
CO-REACHING
to practice a sustainable, ethical and meaningful way of life while striving for self-growth.
2.
THE FUTURE IS
INCLUSIVE San Francisco - the hub for technology, innovation and cultural diversity, yet daily lives of individuals are not reflected in the spaces that they live in. The aim is to integrate all walks of life by creating inclusive communities that are flexible, sustainable and encourage social interaction with an innovative model of urban living. Design will challenge the expectations of what a “home really is, and how living in the future starts today.

Individuals can bring their own devices to work from or simply book one of the studiy rooms and available equipment. The space offers flexible working stations that will ensure comfort and quality.
LIFESTYLE UNITS

These units vary in amenities and focus on the user’s experience and customization instead of maximizing unwanted space.
