FACEBOOK, HOLIDAY, ME IN HISTORY My main hope for the course is to gain knowledge, and to use the knowledge to help me with my fears, I intend to take full advantage of the course and use the resources to help me fully understand Photographic Journalism as a subject and also as a profession. I hope to learn more about Photography as a subject and become more confident in the area so I can start to become a professional and start looking into more challenging practical work and I’m always willing to experience and learn about new things in the photographic field as I want to push myself to be the best that I can. I am also hoping to use research papers and journals in order to get the most recent news, views and opinions and gain knowledge from them and use it to present my work and influence my writing and images. I also hope to make the transition from ‘college work’ to ‘university work’ as I need to gain confidence in exhibiting my work and keeping portfolios which was alien to prior starting this course in September, to ensure I do make the transition I need to ensure I research every aspect of my course and use research to explore and take in useful information.
