and I am keen to learn more about it. I want to acquire more knowledge than I was provided with back in China. Moreover, I decided to attend the presessional course for Art and Design in Farnham (PSEAD) to help myself adjust to the new environment more quickly. So I am here.

PSEAD There is no doubt that I have improved my English, especially my academic writing and speaking skills, although there is still room for improvement. I think that this course will help me complete my main course successfully. Additionally, during this five-week journey, I have taken part in two projects which required group work. So, PSEAD not only

helped me improve my English, but also the narrow alleys decorated with flowers. offered me the valuable experience of working with different people. Also, we visited several museums in different cities, which I found interesting even though I just focused on the architecture of the museums rather than the exhibits.

For instance, in Future Margate we presented how art can help the world to change, and we became part of the Tabula Fortisin Pace project, which aims at bringing people around a table, where they can discuss and resolve their conflicts. During this project, I improved both my communicative and presentation abilities.

In my main course in Canterbury, I will remember everything my tutor, classmates and flatmates taught me. Still, I want to acquire more knowledge in my field of studies, develop more skills and I believe that I will develop a new lifestyle and more creative ideas.
