YE AR -END 2 019 OVE RALL M ARKE T After steady growth throughout 2018, the Star Valley real estate market cooled slightly in 2019.

The number of transactions dipped 5% year over year 2018 vs. 2019 and the total dollar volume decreased by 18%. The average sales price declined 14% while the median sales price rose by 8%. Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates is proud to once again represent the most buyers and sellers of any brokerage in the area, facilitating 217 transactions by end of year. That’s 30% more transactions than our closest competitor. A year-end snapshot of the Star Valley market shows an inventory of 445 listings which demonstrates great potential in the 2020 market.
