On Thanksgiving meal, I asked T about his business. He said it goes well. I shared one idea for his business. That was how I started talking about collaboration, because that is what my community and I believe: collaboration. Collaboration is the future.
I used to believe in competition. I hated it since I was a student. That should not be an excuse for me to score average or below. I let that make the best of me. I would not do the same mistake if I were a student today. In some way, I am a student, life term student now. My community is like a campus. In this campus, we talked about example of Uber and Airbnb.
Competition is still there in the world. That is not a bad thing. But why are people afraid of collaboration? They do not know why to collaborate. They do not know what to do. They think their way is better. They think if they share their knowledge, they will have nothing valuable in them. They think they would lose more than they gain.

Why we choose collaboration?
The best performance in our community is from teams; It is just too much for a person to learn this marketing skills all by himself.You do not have to walk along in this journey. We have a nice community with dedicated team to help you. On top of that, it will be icing of cake when you group up. I am a new example. I cannot tell you how lucky I am when my team accepted me. They help me so much and words cannot describe what they offer. We are located in different places in the USA or Europe. We use whatsapp and zoom for meetings. I am a bit slower in technique part. Without their help, it probably will take me much longer to figure out. Collaboration creates more possibility. You will have more ideas coming up. Each person is good at something. If we share, that power and influence is more than 1 + 1. Remind you of the famous 1+1 > 2 ?
We hold each other accountable. We choose to take actions. Whatever that means for us to get result, succeed, we do them, we try them.
