I would like to share this big rule about time management with you: The Eisenhower Method. Learn to sort things out into below categories: 1) Urgent and important things 2) Important but not urgent things 3) Urgent but not important things 4) Neither urgent nor important things From the day I learned about this, I love it and apply it in my daily life. Let me share with you about my life, how I see above four categories. 1) Some emails regarding Sable Trade. ( We have a facebook that some products pictures/videos are there. sable trade on facebook.) If the emails are about some ongoing order or some questions that customers need urgent reply, I would do my best in replying them as soon as I can. Then, when it comes with family or close friends, I can stop my things and give them my attention. 2) This category is the most important one. Six Figure Mentors belongs here. Since it is something I want to learn and eventually master, I spend my every day on this one. You can submit your email and get some training. It is changing my life. If I can spend time doing it, so can you!
Some work relates to my job at Sabletrade. Usually, I work in the morning and some part of evening on sabletrade. My evening is the morning time in China. So I would be by my computer for my Chinese workmates. 1/4
I have been working with some leather bag factory for years on some other project for sabletrade. Yes, I use them (the bag I carried in below picture is the one we manufacture). I hope more people in the states can have some nice quality leather bags from us. So this is something I started doing. Our bags are really nice in quality and variety.

Because of him, we got to know about each other. Those happy memories…..so grateful whenever I think of them.) Reading every day, minimum 30 minutes. I am doing this every day now. Mastermind. For me, it is about self awareness. Pay attention to my feeling, my thinking. Let go of any negative thoughts and change them to positive thoughts. Then take actions. Exercise or work out. I usually take a walk once or twice a day, 15 min. ~ 30 min each time. I go to gym about 4 – 5 times a week, 30 minutes to 2 hours each time. Right now I finished week 14. I am also taking 30 days morning walk challenge. Today was day 24/30. Rest. I sleep like 8 hours a day. I take a nap. I work at night. So taking a nap really helps 2/4
me in gaining more energy. Eat well. I eat 3 meals a day. I make sure I have more than enough in my refrigerator. I like to ask myself this question: “what would you like to eat?’ True, it is not easy to cook for yourself when you are single and live by yourself. I intentionally raise this habbit. I consider this as part of taking good care of myself. 3) This is something that every one has to work on. I do not have much issues relating to this one. My usual life now is pretty quiet. I think this category means we need to check how to separate “being busy” and “being productive”. If I can think of something in my life, being urgent but not important, That would be things from friends that are urgent to them, important to them, but not important to me. Sometimes I need to put off my things and talk to that friend. For example, suppose some friend has a depressing day and he shares with me, then, I would consider setting aside my things for 10 – 15 minutes, talking with my friends by facebook or by phone call, listening to what he wants to say. 4) somethings in this catagory that I need to separate.
I used to do things in the category. I read the news on cellphone or some websites. I used to read entertainment news. They did not do me any good. That is other people’s life. I limit my time now. Once a while, I still read those news, maybe the title. I am doing much better on this one.
Housework, like cleaning. I usually do this when I need a break at work. While, I am taking a tidy challenge 30 days. Today would be day 5/30. give some people attention or my time. One example is to go to facebook, check the posts and talk to those people. You can read something about time management here.
