Success Mindset: Stress Thought Comes, Do Not Mind Your Mind – Be Your Own Observer
You get stress? You keep thinking about it? It just did not go away?It just keeps knocking at the brain door and reminds you of its being there. What is best way that you can do? Be your own observer and let it pass through. Just this simple.
You cannot force any one or any thing. I know, they bother you. They are annoying. Are you going to let them control over you? No. You need to observe those thoughts and feelings. Why you feel certain way? Do you know why? You know it? Great. Then what? Find out what is your target or daily list or your goal. Focus on moving another step. Once you do this, be proactive towards your personal development or whatever you want to accomplish, those that bother you will just go away and ignore you.

They could come back. Do not worry. Practice what I just shared. It will go better. The universe is all about energy. The one thing you focus on, the more you will attract. We all have all kinds of thoughts every day, including negative thoughts. Be brave and face them, but do not fight with them. Be aware of them. Observe them like a third party. Bring yourself back to what you need to do. You just get to do what you need to do, right? And time, time is precious every single day. Every successful person would tell you time is the most luxury thing in this world. Whether you like it or not, the past second would never come back. Folks, you only have one day. Do things to make you happy, not to drain you. Imagine you practice your mindfulness, learn not to control them, learn to let go, every day.
Last year, when the online marketing education company initiated the mindfulness group, I joined and I finished my 30 days challenge. I would like to get out the record and share with you.
