As you can see from above picture, you post blogs from your peers on your websites. Why do so? You can have your blog posted in 4 more peers, in this case, I have 4 peers now working with me. If you have more peers, like 6 in total, then you will have 6 more websites to show your blogs. This increases your traffic. This guest blogging is done by your peers.
At the beginning when you start doing the blogging, it is not easy to come out with new content. When you use guest blogging, you have different content style shown in your website. People like to read something new every day. Google also likes to see you refresh your contents.
Your peers set up the back-links, so their audience can trace down the original post and read more content on your website.

You do the same for your peers. Pick up some content from your peers and do the guest blogging for them. I like to put the original post link at the beginning and at the end of that guest blog.
Worry about duplicate content? Here is a solution: Use Yoast SEO plug in, choose “no index�. By doing so, you do not get credit from the guest blogging. The credit goes to original post/author.
