First part is eating healthy. Since I came to the States, for over 4 years, most of my breakfast is fruit plate. At lunch, I make stir fries, salad, burger, pasta, whatever I would like to make. At dinner, usually I do not eat meat. I eat a lot of salad. For example, last night, my salad includes arugula, tomato, almond slice, sunflower seeds, avocado. I added some balsamic vinegar and olive oil on top of them, heated two tortilla shells and wrap them together. It was delicious for me.

Second part to love your body is to do exercise, go to gym to workout.

I took several challenges after I joined SFM, started last year. One of them was to go to gym and start serious workout. Recently, I go to gym about 5 times a week.

I met many friends in the gym. One of the important persons is my fitness coach. He helps me on workout. He is persistent and consistent. He has being workout for over 25 ~ 30 years. Not only does he help me on fitness, but also helps me in life. Last year, he helped me connect one of his friends to fix my car with a better cost. He always says, it is all about your mindset. He says this mainly when we are tired, special in the last set of each station. My coach becomes like my friend, he also invited me to his party at his house.

I also used what I learned in the marketing program to help him make some videos. So he can show to his friends or customers, because he wants to have more fitness training business. I shared some of the ideas with him. It is nice 3/5

Another implementing is using mindfulness on fitness. I used to be scared when I swim passed by the middle section of the lap lane. I learned swimming last year. When I passed by the middle part, which is about 4 feet deep, when my feet could not touch the ground, I used to be really scared. I drowned myself 3 times at the 10 feet area. Now, in order to face with the fear, I wear some belt when swimming. I also said to myself, do not resist the water, just go with the flow. Sometimes, when I do not even use too much strength, swimming is even easier. I love the pool in the summer time. I am glad that I can swim 9 lap lanes for each time now.

Once you start workout persistently and consistently for a long while, you will see the changes in yourself, just like I see the changes in my body. I have muscles now!
