www.passiondesign.co.kr Jihong Yeom is a social entrepreneur who runs Passion Design. Creative ideas and designs are his solutions to social issues he has discovered from experience. A number of projects are in process what people find and share easy-to-follow solutions which are not very complex yet very innovative. His projects include, BookstandUp which uses wire hanger to make bookstand with slogan ‘Leave it open, Read it often’, Let’s Coin which encourages merchants and consumers to spend stocked coins and Yellow Card which is set to reduce the number of pedestrian traffic accidents by carrying reflective card for road safety. In addition, as a social connector, he enjoys identifying and linking hidden values in humans and objects. Moreover, he is spreading a clear message through lectures and seminars: more youth should be interested in creative problem solving and should put them into action.
