THE RAIN

The library in the rain project is a library building project in the mountains and is located where there are many dense trees around the building. The library has a simple cube design that is not flashy, and the exterior and interior base color are white, which expresses a mysterious being like a white deer living in the deep forest. Also, the vertical exterior louvers on the front of the building express the appearance of rain. This was expressed to express the feeling of reading a book in the rain with full concentration.

HOTEL REPOSE

This high rise building project is a hotel project where located in complex city in down town core. All hotels within the city that are easily accessible provide a variety of experiences. This hotel building has a park on the ground floor that leads from the outdoors to the indoors. This provides a space to refresh for a while in a stuffy city. Tall trees, grass, and shelter rocks are in the park, and the outside and inside are naturally connected. There is a large banquet hall in the mid-height floor. Also, on the rooftop located at the top of the hotel, you can feel the coolness that cannot be felt on the ground level.

Start from simple rectangular box shape.

The middle wall of the building is pushed inside to create a courtyard.

Create a balcony space at the mid-height of the building.

Place a rooftop and a park in the created space.

SITUATION

The proposed site for design is located at Yonge & Eglinton, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. From the point of view of transport infrastructure, the design site has a good transport interchange. The plot has a rectangular shape. Its dimensions: 150m x 150m. The building site includes the building of the business center, surface parking lots and entrances to underground parking lots, landscaping and transport and pedestrian routes.

The Mediterranean resort villa project is the Eco-friendly building using the natural environment. This pool villa located in the Mediterranean Sea looks like it is floating on the sea. This building is located one of small island in the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, and its round building shape helps to enjoy the wonderful horizon of the sea. In addition, there are solar panels on the roof generate electricity by using the hot Mediterranean sun to create energy for the building. Above all while staying here, this villa helps you to make close friendships with sea.
