LEE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO 2 BUSY INTERSECTIONS, CAUSING MUCH DISTUR- BANCE DUE TO THE HORNS OF THE PASS- ING VEHICLES. HOWEVER THE BACK LANE DOES NOT PRODUCE MUCH NOISE BE- CAUSE THERE ARE NOT MUCH ACTIVITIES GOING ON.
EXTERNAL NOISE . DINING AREA NOISE FROM THE MAIN ROAD IS THE MAIN SOURCE OF THE EXTERNAL NOISE, HENCE THE SPACES NEARER TO THE MAIN ROAD WOULD BE AFFECTED BY THE NOISE LEVEL THE MOST. WITH A SUFFICIENT BUFFER ZONE, THE EXTERNAL NOISE CAN BE RE- DUCED TO A COMFORTABLE LEVEL FOR THE AUDIENCE.
