Lease administration Turning data into insight. Effective lease administration turns data into insight and impact. JLL’s scalable IPS platform supports you with multiple service delivery locally, regionally and globally. From basic lease abstractions and critical dates management to full financial management of landlord invoices and reconciliation audits, our comprehensive knowledge and access to data across the portfolio aids you in making core-businessenhancing strategic real estate decisions. Only JLL provides lease administration services to implement SOC-1 controls on our system and service delivery. As of December 31, 2016, we had more than 738 lease administration professionals globally, serving 246 clients, managing 133,948 leases and $14.5 billion in rent and related expenses.

Our lease administration team delivered $60.3 million in cost savings and avoidance to JLL clients in 2016 JLL offers three levels of lease administration services, fully supported and serviced by JLL professionals. Lease Essentials. Cost effective solution to manage essential critical lease data, events and required reporting. This service leverages CoStar’s Core Data technology (but not covered under the annual SOC1 audit program). Database Management. Management and analysis of a comprehensive portfolio database. Leverages SOC1 certified service using JLL’s proprietary RED technology. Financial Management. Database Management PLUS financial reviews and desktop audits. Monthly rent recommendations or landlord payments.
