Everett Lanier

CEO & President, IST, LLC

Mr. Everett Lanier is the President and CEO of IST, LLC and has over thirty (30) years of construction and engineering experience. Everett earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Alabama A&M University. Everett’s experience includes program management, business development, capture management and project engineering. Everett possess a broad knowledge of business operations and program matrix management experience and is an accomplished negotiator and innovative leader who have demonstrated the ability to manage relationships and complex programs to achieve financial success, on time deliveries and customer trust and satisfaction.

Jerry L. Lewis

President , Synergy, LLC

Mr. Lewis is responsible for providing the company with construction management structure, bidding systems, project software implementation, consulting services and cost engineering services with multiple project responsibilities. He has owned and operated JLL Construction Service Inc. for over 22 years. JLL Construction Services Inc. has capabilities of performing General Contracting, Excavation, Construction Management and Development. As a native of Chicago, born at Cook County Hospital, raised, and educated at institutions such as Ulysses S. Grant, Ryerson Grammar School, Orr High School and UIC, where he achieved his Bachelors Degree.

Shelton Walker

COO, IST/Synergy, LLC

Mr. Shelton Walker serves as the Chief Operating Officer for IST. Shelton earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering from Tennessee State University and his experience as a general contractor has given him unique insight into the design‐build process. Shelton has over twenty‐five (25) years of experience with emphasis in project management, value engineering, contract administration, project cost estimation, technical specification, project safety inspection, inspection services, CADD design, project scheduling, land surveying, professional presentations, scheduling, quality control and safety management. Shelton oversees daily operations of the company and the work of our executives (IT, Marketing, Business Development and Finance etc.)

Dr. Johnny Mullins

Architect DOR, IST Synergy, LLC

Dr. Mullins is a Community Psychologist, Architectural Engineer and trusted leader in Design-Build, Construction and Development

He has 25 plus years as a consulting and advising developers, stake holders, executives, project managers, government officials, institutions of higher learning, city urban planners, architects, and engineers, in the areas of community psychology and community development. Competencies include Architecture, Interior Design, Virtual Design & Construction, Building Information Modeling, Computer Aided Drafting & Design, Virtual & Augmented Reality, IT, film, Video Game Design, Construction Documents, Site Logistics, Building Permits and Construction Coordination. Created and/or improved professional curriculums for architectural & engineering firms, construction companies and Universities. PFAC/Adjunct professor at the University of Illinois Chicago and Columbia College Chicago. Evaluated and reported progress on innovation goal ROI, and competitive positioning. Managed design-build teams of over 100 plus various disciplines globally. Very passionate and excited about the future of construction and actively stay on the forefront of trending technologies. Ph.D. studies include real estate development and the psychology of community development
