All-Over Hair Color / $60+ All over color covers from scalp to ends!
New Growth Touch-up / $60+ Coloring the new growth at the scalp of head. Color may also be applied throughout the rest of the hair.
Balayage / $80+ Balayage is a French word meaning to sweep or paint. The color technique allows for a sun-kissed (lighter) and more natural look versus traditional highlights. This technique provides you with a softer, less noticeable new growth as it grows out.

Partial Balayage / $70+ Similar to a Balayage but without the need to apply throughout the fullhead.
Color Melting / $70+ Color Melting is an advanced technique where the top of the head is deeper with a softer or contrasted difference as you get closer towards the ends. This technique is also recognized as sombre or ombre hair color.

Stylist Levels Partnership Program
Hair Stylists are typically kinesthetic learners. Meaning they must do, to learn. The best way for our apprentices and new talent to become better at their craft is by allowing them as many opportunities as possible to provide services. This is why we’ve created the partnership program. When you book an appointment with an Apprentice and/or an Associate Stylist in training, you allow these new to the industry professionals to develop their skills. All appointment consultations will be accompanied by either our salon’s Education Coordinator or a salon Manager. Following each appointment, your Stylist will send you a brief survey so that we as a team can improve their training program, specific to areas they require additional guidance.
Apprentice
Apprentices are training to become State Licensed Barbers and Cosmetologists through a partnership between Be Inspired Salon, the State of Wisconsin and Madison College. It’s an awesome opportunity for hopeful professionals to work while they learn. They are available to book with if you choose to participate in our Partnership Program! With every appointment they’d consult with an Education Coordinator and/or Manager so they’ll be equipped to successfully execute your services. Post appointment, our Front Desk team will send you an evaluation form via email in hopes of fine-tuning our training program to develop their skills. If you are someone who’s compassionate to grow with your stylist, then an Associate Stylists may be the best fit for you.
Associate Stylist in Training / Level 1
Associate Stylists in training are fresh out of beauty school. They will be working to improve their communication skills as well as progressing towards a deeper knowledge of product use. They are not yet self-reliant with complex coloring applications or cutting techniques. They are available to book with if you choose to participate in our Partnership Program! With every appointment they’d consult with a Lead Stylist level and up so they’ll be equipped to successfully execute your services. Associate Stylist / Levels 2
Associate Stylists are considered fresh talent. They are in the primary learning phase of their career. They will be delivering the fundamentals of haircutting and coloring. They will be working to evolve their communication skills as well as progressing towards a deeper knowledge of product use. They are not self-reliant with complex coloring applications or cutting techniques. They will be guided by our master stylists prior to services to retain assurance in the service cycle. Our Associate Stylists are eager to gain experience which comes from time behind the chair along with our advanced education classes. If you are someone who’s compassionate to grow with your stylist, then an Associate Stylists may be the best fit for you.
Lead Stylist / Levels 3
Lead Stylists have gained experience behind the chair and are well equipped to offer product recommendations. Their communication skills have been developed and they’ll be able to offer better options for more complex hair coloring applications. They’re consistently attending advanced education classes and are implementing advanced cutting techniques to their haircuts. They recognize and have gained experience working with unique curl patterns, resistant grey hair colors, those who have sensitive skin, and those who feel their hair is unruly or hard to style. If you’re looking for a competent Hair Stylist, then a Lead Stylist may be the best fit for you.
Master Stylist / Level 4+
Master Stylists are the elite in their craft. They are going to implement advanced haircutting and coloring techniques that are custom to each guest. They travel to advanced education classes and will bring this knowledge back to their team. They not only offer education to their Associate Stylists but are going to offer education to their guests. There won’t be many color challenges they haven’t faced as they’ve had years of experience behind the chair. If you’re seeking phenomenal communication, superior haircare action plans which includes advice on upkeep (in salon and at home), the best advice on styling and product use,.. then a Master Stylist may be the best fit for you.
