Mondragón and Swayam Shikshan Prayog partnership The creation of a learning space inside the industrial park where people from the rural areas near the park start forming themselves in the l e a r n i n g p r o c e s s a r o u n d entrepreneurship managed by Swayam Shikshan Prayog organization and giving them the chance to start working in the Mondragón companies.
Is to connect three elements (rural people from the near villages, Swayam Shikshan Prayog's formation a r o u n d e n t r e p r e n e u r s h i p a n d Mondragón's companies) that together bring positive social impact to the environment where the industrial park is located.
sharing the idea of Kooperaktibistak with all the general managers. We identified that there was a luck of communication between companies and between Chinese and Basque leaders, so we create a Team Leadership program having as main objective first put together for first time Chinese and Basque Leaders and second talk about social issues that cares to the Kunshan community. The three sessions were really amazing and today there is an entrepreneurial team facing social challenges (a kinder garden, outdoor activities, knowledge center for trainings, new “cantina”…) in Mondragón Kunshan industrial park, first Kooperaktibistak team!
