Stephanie Hancock is the director of Waiting To Be Invited. Stephanie is a composer, vocalist, actor, and director and has been performing since she was 3 years old. Her desire for this play is that is serves to provide each viewer with insights into humanity and its search for meaning.
5280 Artist Coop was founded by Stephanie Hancock, Adrienne Martin-Fullwood and Kenya Fashaw. It was born out of the idea that it was time to create a financially sustainable platform designed to showcase and help develop local great talent including poets, actors, writers, fine artists and musicians. We believe we are stronger as a community than we are as a group of individual artists.

Adrienne Martin-Fullwood Adrienne is a veteran actress with accredited roles with Shadow Theatre, Aurora Fox, The Arvada Center, 72nd Street Theatre and more. She has also appeared in numerous commercials, industry films and is an experienced voice over actor. Most recently she played the role of “Ancestor”, in the Henry Award winning play, “Colorism, Breaking the Chains of Complexion”. Andréa Wells Andréa Wells (Ruth -understudy) is a songwriter singer and actor, director and sitcom writerproducer She appeared in her first commercial at age 6 an since has appeared in plays “The Black Nativity” “For Colored Girls who have Considered Suicide ...” She can currently be seen in the independent comedy “Unfit” on Amazon Prime. Asya Toney Asya Toney is truly a Denver Diva at heart. She has been involved in the arts from a very young age, and being born feet first she is always ready to hit the ground running. She has been featured in many different theatrical settings, including a Drag performance at Denver’s illustrious outdoor amphitheater, Red Rocks. Asya is known to bring sass and class to any project she is in and guarantees a heartfelt performance every time. Kathi Baerns Kathi is thrilled to be in her first production with the 5280 coop family. She has been acting on stage since the age of 4. She has acted and directed locally for Athena, And Toto, Too, 3 Leaches, the Vintage, Parker Arts, and The Edge. She was in radio for a quarter century and has also done commercials, TV, film, and 3 web series. Now semi retired, she teaches on camera and theatre for kids, and dramatic reenactment for training paramedics and police, but her greatest times are spent with her 7 grandchildren.g support and love. Latifa Johnson Latifah is a native Californian, who relocated to Denver from Atlanta. She was last seen in Stop Kiss, with Fearless Theatre. Previous roles include Laveau, Talking With, The Darker Face of the Earth, Longs Day’s Journey Into Night , For Colored Girls Who Consider Suicide… To Kill A Mockingbird and recently “The Lost Ones”, a film by Benjamin Rand. Tracy Herrera Singer/Actress Tracy Herrera has appeared in several theatre productions. You may have seen her in Tambourines to Glory, Raisin in the Sun, and Mama I Want to Sing to name a few. Tracy Herrera loves to sing and has written and directed numerous plays for large churches and business within Colorado. Tracy continues to perform and is an advocate to and for the arts. She is a native Colorado native. Michael Peters Michael Peters - From Atlanta GA., yet has been a Denver resident since 1979. Credits include: ‘Man’ in Crowns (Vintage Theater)}, Call Me Mrs Evers: Director, Crown in the Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess (The Aurora Fox Theater)Macbeth in Macbeth, Slow Drag in Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom Stomp (Theaterworks in Colorado Springs) among many others. I am honored to be a part of this talented cast and I’d like to thank My Lord Jesus Christ, my parents, my three children, Jazmyne, Jaliah, and Josiah for their unwavering support and love.
